In the summer, this home is moments away from the golf course and tennis courts, and the private balcony acts as a second living room with cool breezes and beautiful views. In the winter, you'll have quick access to the ski lodge, so after a day on the slopes, the real stone fireplace is a perfect place to cozy up next to. The renovated kitchen and hardwood floors elevate the comfort of this home, so bring a small group to enjoy all of what this home has to offer.

Week long get away

We Loved the house, it’s location, and the view!
 however the mattress in the master bedroom (king size) was INSANELY uncomfortable. I’m so thankful it was just my husband and our two kids because my husband slept on the couch every night, while myself and our boys rotated between the other beds and the couch. We had such a great time there being able to walk to the slopes, but the lack of sleep due to the uncomfortable beds really put a damper on the whole trip. I was exhausted and not just from all the snowboarding we did!

The property is just as described. Plenty of room for the family. A short walk to Ski Resort, walk back is exhausting after being on the slopes, but manageable. Would stay here again! Only recommendation would be to have pot holder/oven mitt available for oven use and a extra kitchen towel.

Sugar Mountain Christmas Ski Week

The condo was great. The gas fireplace made it cozy & warm. Check-in was simple and fast. We were able to walk to the main lodge. It is uphill on the way back but manageable. The snow was good and the lift lines were not too long. We would stay here again.

Disappointing & Unclean

This was the most disappointing property I have ever booked. Against my better judgement, I reserved this despite it having no reviews and will never do that again. I received an email the morning of check in saying we could check in early at 11am, when check out is normally scheduled. We arrived that afternoon, after 4 and had easy parking and entry. The condo was very old but fit our needs for a weekend of skiing with friends. Entering our room, there was a bag of (dirty?) sheets lying in the floor and the closet wide open & full of various items, so we couldn't even leave our luggage in it. Over the course of our 2 night stay, we came to the conclusion that the condo had not been cleaned and had various issues (that are normally not mentionable, but when there are so many, they should be noted.) -None of the carpets had been vacuumed, the dirt & trash was visible -Both showers were dirty, one with mildew & one with hair still in the drain -Upstairs bathroom barely had lukewarm water the entire stay -Bag of dirty linens left in bedroom floor -Pillows seemed to be indented, like cases were not changed -Bathroom door jams & takes a few tries to get out -Baseboard heaters are like radiators from the 70s & creak all night -Front door can open when the neighbors open their door, as two condos share a door to the outside. -All games in the condo were missing so many pieces they couldn't be played -We could not find any check out instructions, as the property management company showed the property as a "past" stay the day of check out -We went to start a load of laundry upon check out and noticed a load of towels had been sitting in there for presumably weeks, the smell was awful This property was definitely not cheap enough to stay in in the condition its in & cleaning schedule that it has. Completely disappointed & admittedly disgusted.
