This house has a history since it sheltered the ancestors of the owner. The apartment has been completely renovated in 2017, it is accessible by an outside staircase. You will find: a kitchen dining room, a living room with sofa bed for 2 people, a room with 1 bed 140, a bathroom and separate wc. You can enjoy the adjoining land closed with garden furniture. Another open land with a nice view of the Chaîne des Puys is accessible. Electric heating is included in the price.
