The agriturismo “Podere San Bartolo - Casa Colonica 3” is an independent part of a renovated barn in Barberino Val d’Elsa, offering an unforgettable setting for your getaway. This two-story property features a spacious living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms, accommodating up to 6 guests. Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a dedicated workspace for home office, satellite TV, dishwasher, and air conditioning. A crib and high chair can also be provided.



Guests have access to a private furnished outdoor terrace and shared facilities: a pool (open April 27th to October 5th), panoramic garden, and restrooms. Pool rules are posted at the entrance. There is also a shared laundry area next to the pool.



Each unit has an outdoor table and chairs, while the external area is shared with other guests. Families with children are welcome. One pet is allowed. Smoking is not permitted. Beach/pool towels are provided. The property has guidelines to help you separate waste correctly; more information is available on-site.



The location is convenient for exploring many beautiful historic and artistic towns in Chianti and Siena. Enjoy fantastic views of the surrounding countryside. Nearby, you’ll find a bar for breakfast and snacks, and the historic center of Barberino Val d’Elsa, a charming medieval village with restaurants and pizzerias. Upon request, typical Tuscan dinners with a private chef can be arranged for an extra fee.
