It is located 60 m from the Autobus bus station, 180 m from the Poble Sec metro station (l3), 600 m from the Centro comercial Arenas / Atenas's Mall supermarket, 2 km from the Sants Estacio train station, 4 km from the Barceloneta / Barceloneta's Playa sandy beach, 14 km from El Prat airport.



This flat is located on one of the cultural arteries of the city of Barcelona: Paral·lel Avenue. From the late 19th century until 1970, it has always been linked to the world of entertainment, with cabarets, music halls, and theatres such as Teatro Condal, Teatro Victoria, and Teatro Apolo, which continue to offer shows. The Catalan Broadway is full of charm and although it is no longer the same as before, it continues to offer a wide variety of activities and entertainment.



The Parallel also offers one of the best and most varied gastronomic options, which fill its pedestrian streets and tapas bars. It has many terraces where you can have a drink, nightclubs and a magnificent gastronomic and cultural panorama.



Please take note of the following important information before booking:



- Towels, bed sheets and toilet paper are included upon arrival; however, replacement or change during your stay is not included.



- Baby cot:

Price: £30.00 per reservation. Not guaranteed, guests must request it 24-48 hours in advance and, if available, we will provide it.



-Additional guest:

Each additional guest not included in the booking will be charged 10 € per night.



-Late arrival:



- Our check-in time is from 15:00 hours. at 19h, Monday to Friday (consult us if you want to check in earlier). Outside of this schedule, we will charge 30€ in cash, after 22h it will be 50 EUR and from 1h onwards 100 euros



- If the arrival day is a local or national holiday, weekends, the cost will be 30 EUR until 22h, after 22h it will be 50 EUR and from 1h onwards 100 euros



- If the arrival day is 24/12, 25/12, 26/12, 31/12 and 01/01 the charges will be as follows: 50 EUR until 22:00, from 22:00 100 euros and after 1:00 150 euros



- The Tourist Tax in force in Barcelona 2023 will be applied (€6.25/person/night, for those over 16 years old and up to 7 nights).



- Smoking is NOT PERMITTED under any circumstances. Receiving a complaint or having evidence of smoking in the apartment will result in immediate eviction from the apartment and a fine of at least 400 euros. Smoking is prohibited in the apartment and the patio.



- NO PARTIES OR GATHERINGS ARE ALLOWED under any circumstances. If we receive a complaint and/or the police, security or neighbours intervene, you will have to pay a fine of €500 (in addition to the police fine).



The property shall not be liable under any circumstances for thefts, burglaries or any removal of goods that may occur within the facilities of our tourist apartments.

Guests are strongly recommended to take the necessary precautions for the custody of their valuables, including the use of safety boxes if available, and to keep doors and windows properly closed and secured.

The safety of personal belongings is the exclusive responsibility of the guest.
