This beautiful apartment is located in Hospitalet de Llobregat, super close and with very good direct communication to Barcelona. Our apartment consists of 3 bedrooms and capacity for 5 people. The flat has a total of 60 m², which makes the flat very spacious. It is fully equipped, has an elevator, terrace furniture, iron, internet access (wifi), balcony, air conditioning and TV. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster and kettle.
Note that the AC is located just in the living room and 1 bedroom

Please note that before reaching the lift, there are 4 steps to gain access.

Please note the following important information before booking:

- Replacement of towels, sheets, or toilet paper is not included.

- Travel cot/Travel cot:
Price: EUR 30.00 per reservation. Guests must bring sheets. It is not guaranteed, guests must request it 24-48 hours in advance and if available we will provide it

-Arrival after hours:

- Our check-in time is from 3:00 p.m. to 7 p.m., Monday to Friday (ask us if you want to check in earlier). Outside these hours we will charge €30 in cash, after 10pm it will be €50 and after 1am it will be €100

- If the arrival day is a local or national holiday, weekends, the cost will be 30 EUR until 10 p.m., after 10 p.m. it will be 50 EUR and from 1 a.m. it will be 100 euros.

- If the arrival day is 12/24, 12/25, 12/26, 12/31 and 01/01 the charges will be as follows: 50 EUR until 10 p.m., after 10 p.m. 100 euros and after 1 a.m. 150 euros

- The Tourist Tax in force in Barcelona 2023 will apply. (€5.5/person/night, over 16 years of age and up to 7 nights).

- Smoking is NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. Receiving a report or having evidence that smoking in the apartment will result in immediate eviction from the apartment and a fine of at least 400 euros.

- Parties or meetings are NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. If we receive a report and/or the police, security or neighbors intervene, you will have to pay a fine of €500 (in addition to the police fine).
