Panoramic Sagrada Familia 0:
The Centric Sagrada Familia neighborhood of Barcelona forms part of the Eixample of Barcelona and it is a relaxing residential area of the city. The wonderful temple of the Sagrada Familia, masterwork of the modernist architect Antoni GaudĂ­ is located absolutely in front to our building. Likewise, just 100m around our placeis plenty of servicesthat makes our apartments a perfect option for a comfortable vacation stay in Barcelona.

This comfortable 65MÂČ apartmentis situated on the second floor (level 3). This building has no lift to access to the apartment. Stairs are easy to walk up and our reception staff will take care of your luggage up and down. Apartment has four balconies(two in the bedrooms and two at living room) something that it is unique in the city, making the apartment extremely luminous.

You also have access to an incredible 130MÂČ private terrace/solariumin the top of the building. Garden pots decorated with GaudĂ­ style mosaic make it very pleasant. It is equipped with table, chaise lounges and big parasols and exterior lights. Perfect for having breakfast, lunch or dinner enjoying the most privileged view of the Cathedral, which is lit up until the night. Furthermore, the terrace is also equipped with plugs for electrical devices.

A late check-in fee (20€) will apply for those arrivals after 22:00 hours.

Excellent accueil et service oĂč tout nous a Ă©tĂ© facilitĂ©. L'appartement est top avec sa grande fenĂȘtre de la piĂšce principale qui donne sur la Sagrada Familia. IdĂ©alement situĂ© pour les visites. Nous recommandons vivement. En revanche, le parking n'est pas compris dans la rĂ©servation ce qui n'est pas trĂšs explicite dans la description. Il faut prĂ©voir de le faire rĂ©server (15€ la journĂ©e).

SĂ©jour de 3 jours dans ce trĂšs bel appartement bien situĂ© dans un quartier calme face Ă  la Segrada Familia dont nous avons pu apprĂ©ciĂ© la vue de nuit qui est magnifique. Appartement conforme aux photos, trĂšs belle terrasse panoramique, trĂšs bon accueil du personnel qui se dĂ©brouille bien en français, toujours prĂȘt Ă  rendre service. The apartment had everything needed for a comfortable stay, and of course, the big plus was the fantastic view of the Sagrada Familia, one of my main reasons for visiting Barcelona. The Cafateria across the street was perfect for breakfast, as was the restaurant below the apartment, and a wonderful Italian bistro up the street. I loved taking a cup of coffee into the park opposited the cathedral early in the AM. The stairs were a challenge (my hip is being replaced shortly), but a small price to pay for such a great location and view. I would definitely go back. Thank you, Arturo!

Pictures do not do the location justice

This is literally stationed in the front yard to La Sagrada Família. No other location has this great of a location or view. Good grief. Would highly recommend based on location alone! Owner was friendly and he also owns the restaurant downstairs. Can’t beat this place. One of the best finds ever!

What a view!

We had a wonderful stay right in front of the Sagrada Familia. You are right in the thick of things there. It was comfortable for our family of 5
.although we did need the couch to pull out into a bed so we lost some space there. The check in was super easy and everything was explained very well. They were very helpful in getting us a van on our departure. The restaurants steps from the front door are delicious!!!!

We loved staying here! Having a view 24/7 of the most beautiful Sagrada Familia at all hours of the day was truly breathtaking

What an amazing view

Wow! The view is as advertised and even better at night. We were on the third floor and incredibly grateful for the wonderful staff who hauled our bags all the way up! We were a bit sad the washing machine didn’t work as we had counted on our Barcelona stop to do some laundry and while there was the offer to use the machine on the first floor we did not feel that would work well at the end of the night. Would highly recommend this VRBO in Barcelona, Arturo the owner and the other staff are very responsive and helpful amd the view and location could not be better!

My husband, a friend and I, all around 70 stayed here for 4 nights. It's a nice apartment, and a great location. The view of the Sagrada Familia is wonderful. We got tickets to go in first thing in the morning when the light is incredible and it isn't too crowded. It's a long climb (5 more flights) to the rooftop, but it's a great view from there as well.

My family (2 adults, 2 kids) stayed for 5 nights and we very much enjoyed both the location and easy access to everything as well as the apartment. The apartment was modern, clean and exactly as described in the photos. There were an abundance of great restaurants to eat at and the metro station was a very short walk that allowed for easy access. It is a very busy part of the city, and the view of La Sagrada is fabulous, if you are not used to a bustling city, bring ear plugs for sleeping. Would stay here again!

My word the view is worth the stay alone

Great spot central location with easy access to the sites of the city with the major one right out your back window. Comfortable space with easy check in. Communication was always prompt with owner and the space is as presented in the ad. View from the suite and roof top are spectacular.

Wonderful location and comfortable apartment

The location could not be better--just across from the Sagrada Familia but perfectly quiet. The apartment was cozy and comfortable. The shower was a nice size with plenty of hot water and good water pressure. We couldn't be in the apartment for the manager to explain how to use the washing machine, so management did a load for free--washed, dried, folded and delivered to the apartment! We would stay again.

Excellent flat in a fabulous location!

The apartment is directly opposite the Sagrada Famillia Basilica. The view from the apartment is great but go to the roof terrace and it’s stunning. Great location to explore Barcelona. Close to the Metro and lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Lovely breakfast in the restaurant downstairs. Apartment was very clean with two good sized bedrooms. Sofa bed in the living room was comfortable. 60 steps up to the apartment but was not too bad. Stay would have been even better if there was maybe the option of a welcome pack with coffee, water etc. We arrived after midnight and although there was a supermarket nearby we were too tired to venture out. Carlos was very welcoming and helpful. I would highly recommend this apartment.
