Our stay was okay

The communication and check in / check out process was all very good, thank you for that. Unfortunately we found the bed & pillows very uncomfortable, and there was no shampo (only body wash). As I find the bed comfort one of the more important parts of a stay, I have rated the property 3/5, however other than that everything else was okay!
