The room was nice, clean and warm. However, it was dark. Dark walls and not enough light fittings. Packing and repacking our luggage was difficult. A bit frustrating.

My chief complaint about this hotel is that the pillows are uncomfortable and the overall quality is just average. It gets the job done if you need to get to the airport early, but don’t expect anything other than a typical airport experience. The Website advertised a fridge in the room, which there was but it wasn’t working.

We stayed overnight for an early flight. Check in was great, we were early, but our room was ready. The room itself was large and clean. We went to the sports bar and had a pizza for dinner - the staff were very accommodating, but there seemed to be a shortage of staff at all the bars/restaurants. Breakfast was very good and getting the airport shuttle was easy. The only thing holding back a 5-star rating for us, is that the room doors seemed to slam shut- I don't think it was due to the guests, I think it was just the way the doors closed. Minor for me, but my husband is a light sleeper. We would stay again though.

I had to move rooms as the blinds were broke in the first room. Second room had no hot water in the shower. Overall poor experience after traveling for 24hrs. I let the person checking me out know and his response was not helpful. I shouldn’t have to ask for maintenance twice in a 2 hr period. Your rooms should be operating properly
