Lovely terrace room tucked back in the corner so it was very quiet and private. Breakfast was very good. Location was fantastic and walkable to everything! Staff was very polite and friendly.

Absolutely loved this hotel! We had Room 703 which was a duplex suite with a very large terrace. The room was large with 1 full and 1 half bath. The bed was super comfy. The terrace was fantastic. We hung out there every evening. The service was top-notch. We had breakfast at the hotel and it was delicious! Highly recommend the hotel. Great location.

Location of this hotel is great: All the sites are within walking distance. Also, the front desk staff is nice, helpful and efficient. The rooms are clean and comfortable. They were ready early in the afternoon. Only thing to be improved is the ventilation system: We found it to be weak and the controls hard to use.

This hotel stood out for the staff dedication. Everyone was warm, friendly, and hardworking. They paid attention to detail. They worked hard to ensure our comfort. The location is central. The property is well maintained. The pool area is small but comfortable. The exercise room is small but functional. I wish we didn't have a room that faced an internal wall-- although the wall was painted cheerfully... it was still a wall-- request a room that faces the pool or street. The advantage of facing the wall was it was a quiet room. The air conditioning could only go down to 21C so we were warm...in May. I can't imagine the summer is comfortable. Breakfast was decent but not fantastic.

The hotel was attractive and clean and the staff was pleasant. Check in took a ridiculous amount of time, We had just flown 9 hrs and we were ready to rest. I had attempted to tried to check in online, as repeated emails from the hotel suggested, but the links in the emails did not work. Once checked I , we were not able to sleep, as our room was near the restaurant terrace, which was quite noisy. When I requested another room, I was told, “It’s not usually like this.” There were 2 hairdryers in the room, neither of which worked. Our room was uncomfortably warm, and we could not adjust the temperature.

We stayed in the top level suite with the little pool. The room was very spacious, clean, and bed was comfy. Was nice having 2 little closet areas and a mini fridge plus the rooftop balcony was amazing. Hotel was quiet with friendly staff, perfect location. Would definitely stay again!
