Please note that a full renovation is currently taking place in one of the apartments in the building, approximately until the end of February 2026. Work hours are from 09:00 to 18:00, Monday to Friday.

Magnifique appartement !

Vaste et bien éclairé, cet appartement offre 2 grande chambres. Les lits sont confortables. La cuisine fonctionnelle. De beaux balcons qui donnent sur la ville. A proximité du passé il de gracia et des boutiques. Lignes de métro à proximité. Bref tout était parfait !

Merveilleux séjour à Barcelona !

Appartement propre et plus grand que ce Ă  quoi je m’attendais. Cuisine fonctionnelle. Lits confortables. Beau cachet avec vitraux et balcon. TrĂšs bien situĂ©, prĂšs du passeig de Gracia et Ă  proximitĂ© de plusieurs station de mĂ©tro. Rue relativement tranquille avec de petits commerces et cafĂ©-terrasses. Communication avec le gĂ©rant trĂšs efficace et agrĂ©able. Le systĂšme de clĂ© Ă©lectronique a trĂšs bien fonctionnĂ©. Bref, je n’ai aucune hĂ©sitation Ă  recommander cette location. Merci!

It could have been so much better ...

Barcelona in general, the location of this Appartment in particular, balanced the overall poor Quality of this Appartment itself. It seems to be a kind of Money-Machine, when Controlling kicks in and tries to squeeze out efficency. 4 People? 4 Knifes, 4 Spoons, 4 Plates – all looking like a patchwork-family (I love patchwork-families though). The Beds, the doors, the windows, the kitchen-appliances – everything feels like a car, superficially optimized to make it through the next MOT/TÜV etc. but nothing more. Nevertheless, the stay way awesome. The appartment was just the place to eat (sometimes) and to sleep. I really would recoomend the owner to invest into this very nice appartment, even if it's not worth the asking price, it's still valuable enough to be looked after a little better. Bonus-Track: check out the wonderful Cafe Auto Rosellón in the beautiful Neighborhood – what a special place to enjoy some food.

Great Location / Nice Apartment

My family (4 of us including 17 and 20 y/o boys) visited in March 2025 for a 7-day stay. Apartment was clean and ready upon arrival. All of the basics were provided (linens/dishes/cleaning supplies). Rental management team established and maintained good comms prior to and upon arrival and immediately handled a minor maintenance issue. Security: We felt very safe in the neighborhood. Additionally, the property used an online app for locking and unlocking the external door (on the street) and door to the apartment. We had no problem, but important to have all adults register and download the app for maximum flexibility in entering and securing the property. Doors will auto-lock after a few minutes. I thought the use of app was better and more flexible than having to account for keys. Location: Just minutes from the metro and tons of restaurants, bars, bakeries, and grocery stores nearby. Really could not have been much better. Appropriately quiet during sleeping hours. Amenities: Apartment has clothes washer/dryer and dishwasher. All the appliances worked without issue. Hot water is via a flash heating system that provided hot water as 4 adults showered and got ready each morning.- Access: Apartment is on 4th floor. We experienced intermittent elevator outages. Seemed liked local residents would stop and lock the elevator on their floors even when not using it. My wife has an issue with her knee, so walking the stairs was an issue.

Nice Apartment / Lacking Service

The place was well located and charming. The staff was hard to reach and did not communicate well with me or each other. In the end, the woman who met us at the apartment was short with us because we were late - correct timing was not communicated by her colleagues. Each outreach took multiple tries . I do not speak Spanish and admit that the language barrier may have contributed.

Great apartment in a wonderful location!

We really enjoyed our stay at this apartment. It was very easy to download the app let us into the building and apartment (though I had to make sure my phone was always charged). Having one person with the app did make it tricky to split up since I always had to be there (or switch phones). The apartment itself was nice, cozy, and clean. The washer/dryer and air conditioning was absolutely fabulous to have! The neighborhood was super cute and it was easy to get to anything (bus, train, shopping, restaurants). Would definitely stay here again!

Location was great and view was great

Positives and negatives about this condo. The positives are that the location really is great. A wonderful neighborhood with restaurants, bakeries and relatively quiet and away from the tourists. Also, the view is great. The negatives were the check in process was quite difficult with the app for the condo not working for a large portion of the first day. Second we were given one trash bag and one roll of toilet paper for an entire week with three people. We were told we needed to buy our own trash bags and never brought more toilet paper so we had to go to the store and buy washer and dryer pods, trash bags and toilet paper. Just seemed crazy for how much they charged for the stay.

Great location and apartment

This is a really good, comfortable spacious apartment in a fabulous location. There are lots of good bars and eating places around and it is a very pleasant part of Barcelona to wander. Many of the major sites are in walking distance. Two downsides. The access system is a phone app which was not always online when you tried to enter, causing some delay. And you could only unlock the door from inside via the app which we thought could be problematic in an emergency. The second was that the kitchen was not as well equipped as it should be. But could be easily fixed.

Great stay in Barcelona

Apartments was in a great neighborhood with many market and restaurant options. Great Tapas restaurants within blocks which meant we didn’t need to venture further into the city. An easy cab ride anywhere in the city. Apartment had plenty of room for my wife and I and 2 teenage boys. Bedrooms were a good size and kitchen had everything we needed.

Location is oustanding but main shower mold or dirt situation needs work ASAP

Pros: Check in in process: Outstanding!!!! We scheduled to meet at 9pm outside of the flat and exactly at 9pm Doriz (Spanish and English speaking) met us, introduce herself, very polite and outgoing; she took us up to the flat, showed us around, explained everything and in general was very nice to us. Location, location, location. This flat has a great location. 2 blocks from Diagonal, 2 blocks from Ramblas Cataluña, 10-15 min to Plaza Cataluña. 5-10 restaurants to choose from all within 1-5 min radius. Safe ATM and convenience store half a block away. Large department store with US standard super market (Corte Ingles) 8-10 walk from the flat. Size of flat: It’s huge for European standards, large reception area, 3 large bedrooms, 1 large bathroom, good size kitchen, a separate dining area has table for 6. High ceilings. It’s been 75% renovated (new floors, no carpet, will explain why 75% ahead). Cons: The large bathroom has new floors and it’s big but that’s about it, the toilet, the vanity, the shower and its fixtures are old and look dirty (especially the fixture in the shower). The shower tile is “disgusting/revolting”, it’s either very noticeable black mold in the white grout of the white tiles or it could be years and years of old dirt, either way it was horrible. The kitchen is ample in size but has not been renovated at all. It looks and feels like a 1970 kitchen. It’s clean and it’s serviceable for a short stay. Refrigerator is nice size and it works fine. The main bathroom and the kitchen is way I state that the flat has been 75% renovated. We would have liked a nice gesture from leasing company: more toilet paper, more than 1 set of towels per person (by the way, where also kind of old) and maybe 2-3 small bottles of water just to get thru the first night. I have used several agencies to book flats similar in price and location to this one and ALL of them have always welcomed us with a nice small gesture: 2-3 pieces of fruit, tea bags, 2-3 bottles of water, to name a few. Conclusion: I would not recommend this flat to my friends UNTIL they at least fix the shower grout-tile situation, if and when they fix it, I would highly recommend this flat.
