My recent stay had many positives, but one major issue prevented it from being a 5-star experience. The accommodations themselves were comfortable, and I appreciated the prompt response when a window needed fixing. However, a serious cleanliness issue overshadowed my stay.At some point during my visit, there was vomit left unattended in a common area. Despite bringing it to managementâs attention, there was little to no urgency in addressing the problem. As of 10 PM on March 17thâdays after the issue was first reportedâthe vomit was still there. This is not only unacceptable but also a complete failure of basic hospitality and sanitation standards.To make matters worse, garbage I had set aside in the washer area (intended for disposal the following day) became contaminated with the mess. This forced me into an extremely unpleasant and unsanitary situation that should have been resolved immediately by staff.Whatâs frustrating is that maintenance was available to fix a minor issue like a window but failed to prioritize something as serious as biohazardous waste in a guest area. It gives the impression that the issue was being ignored, possibly in hopes that I would check out before it had to be addressed.If there had been no resolution, I would have shared my experience across multiple review and travel platforms.
