With the L1 metro you have a direct connection to the center of the city of Barcelona and its tourist visits. Its location makes it ideal for events at Fira Barcelona Gran Via.
It is a 55m2 apartment that has two rooms: a double room with a comfortable 1.40 x 2.00 meter bed and a room with two comfortable 0.90 x 1.90 meter beds. The living room also has a comfortable sofa bed of 1.50 x 2.00 meters. It has a bathroom with a comfortable shower and hairdryer. The kitchenette is fully equipped with a dishwasher, fridge, toaster, microwave, coffee maker and kettle and all cooking and eating utensils. It has a private balcony/terrace.

We include the final cleaning in the price, but we request to throw the trash in the dumpsters outside the building. 5. For each damaged or missing towels or sheet, we take 15€ 6. Local touristic tax is not included: 1,10 euros per adult (+16) and per day and must be paid on check-in. 7. We would like you to take care of the apartment keys. In case you lost it, you should have to pay 100euros extra.
