Delightful and Modern design apartment, fully equipped. 3 bedroom apartment, out of tourist mass but with great connection to the city center in few minutes. It is 5 minutes away from Collblanc metro station, with lines L5 and L9S (straight to La Fira and the airport).
Beautifully designed and furnished, this flat is the perfect base for exploring Barcelona thanks to its convenient location.

I do my best to welcome fellow travelers and have a great interaction with them, I love meeting new people and showing them around.
However when I am not in Barcelona I use a great agency to look after my home. They are an Airbnb management service team who help me running the house duties when I am away. If you have any questions about your stay, please get in touch with me through the Airbnb platform.

The apartment is located in the neighborhood of Les Corts, a picturesque neighborhood in the upper area of Barcelona. You will be strategically located near the Camp Nou, L'Illa shopping center, Avenida Diagonal, and you will have easy access by metro and bus to all the attractions of the city. There is a metro stop a few meters from the apartment.

Welcome fellow Airbnb travellers to my apartment in Barcelona.

The flat is located in a typical neiborhood of Barcelona, only a few steps away from the metro station Collblanc. The location is very convenient to reach every major sight in Barcelona such as Sagrada Familia, Camp Nou, Plaça Catalunya and Les Rambles.

Coming back to the flat, it can accommodate up to 6 people and it is perfect for business travelers, students, families or friends.

The Living room provides a perfect space to relax and unwind, with a super comfy sofa and a matching armchair. TV has access to a huge range of channels, even though with all the exciting activities in Barcelona, I highly doubt that you will find time to watch TV during your stay. The stylish dining area provides the perfect place to have breakfast, or if you don’t fancy going out to eat, why not prepare a delicious meal in?

Kitchen is in a separated area and has everything you’ll need: oven, microwave, toaster, kettle and even a Nespresso machine. And also many basic products: oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, coffee, tea, sugar... We do want to make sure everything is perfect for your stay in Barcelona!

All 3 bedrooms are very spacious and have plenty of space for you to unpack and feel at home. They come with freshly pressed, white, luxurious bed linen to give you the most comfortable night’s sleep!

The bathroom is very modern, it has a spacious shower, perfect to relax yourself and re-charge for a full day of explorations. We provide fluffy white towels for each guest as well as toiletries like shampoo and shower gel, and a hairdryer too! So no need to worry about bringing any of that with you.

Two elevators will take you all the way to the flat so you don't have to worry about coming back home exhausted after a full day of exploration.

From El Prat Airport:

The most convenient option to get to the apartment, from the airport is to take a taxi. Alternatively, you can board the L9S metro at Terminal 2 of the airport, bound for Zona UniversitĂ ria and get off at the Collblanc stop. From there, you will only have to walk to the floor.

From the floor to Plaza Catalunya:

Our apartment has excellent connections to Plaza Catalunya. You can take the L5 metro from Collblanc in the direction of Vall d'Hebron and make a change at the Diagonal station to the L3 in the direction of Trinitat Nova, finally getting off at Plaza Catalunya. The trip takes approximately 30 minutes.

From the apartment to the Sagrada Familia:

To get to the Sagrada Familia, you must take the L5 in the direction of Vall d'Hebron from Collbl in the direction of Vall d'Hebron and get off at the Sagrada Familia.

From the floor to Park GĂŒell:

To get to Park GĂŒell, take the L5 metro in the direction of Vall d'Hebron from Collblanc station and make a change at Diagonal station to L3 in the direction of Trinitat Nova. Then, get off at the Vallcarca station. From there, you can take a bus or walk a few minutes to the entrance of the park. Enjoy the convenience and beauty in this unique enclave of Barcelona!

From the apartment to the beach of Barceloneta:

Enjoy the sun and sand on the famous beach of Barceloneta. To get there, take the L5 subway from Collblanc station in the direction of Vall d'Hebron, make a change at the Verdaguer station to the L4 in the direction of La Pau and get off at the Barceloneta Stop. From there, you can take a nice walk to the beach.

From the apartment to the Gothic Quarter:

Explore the fascinating architecture and history of the Gothic Quarter. Take the L5 metro from Collblanc in the direction of Vall d'Hebron, make a change at the Diagonal station to the L3 in the direction of Zona UniversitĂ ria and get off at the Liceu station. From there, you will only have to walk to the narrow cobbled streets and the charming corners of the Gothic Quarter.

- The apartment has a parking space in the parking lot across the street. It is a private parking with security and the cost is 20€ per day. If you are interested in using the parking, please let us know in advance.
- Check in time is 3pm (can be flexible depending on the previous check-out).
- Late check in (after 9pm), is an extra 30 euros to be paid in cash upon arrival
- Check out time is 11am or earlier (can be flexible depending on the following check in).
- We have good relationships with our neighbours and would like to keep it that way, so please keep noise to a minimum, especially after 10 pm.
- Parties are not allowed.
- It is not allowed to smoke inside the apartment. In case of breaking this rule the fine will be 150€.
- The flat's capacity is of 6 people. No additional guests allowed.
- Please take out the trash before check-out.
- Please note that an extra fee could be charged depending of the conditions you leave the apartment.
- You will be required to show your ID/Passport upon arrival. In order to follow local regulations and to be able to register all our guests on the local police’s database, we will have to scan these documents for all guests. I hope this is not an inconvenient!
- A tourist tax will need to be paid separately at check-in in cash. This charge is 6.90€ per person per night for a maximum of 7 nights. Guests up to 16 years old do not pay. Regardless of whether any guest stays for fewer nights, the tax is applied to the total number of nights in the reservation.
-Starting May 1st, the tourist tax will increase to €9.35 (VAT included), per person per night, up to a maximum of 7 nights.
- For bookings made on the same day we cannot guarantee that we will be able to welcome you in the apartment within three hours of confirmation of your reservation.
-Please avoid leaving the keys in the lock from the inside when you go out, as this can prevent you from being able to open the door upon your return. If this happens, a locksmith would need to be called, and the cost, depending on the time and urgency, can be quite high (often starting from around €250). In such cases, the guest would be responsible for covering this cost.
