The apartment features two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, located next to the bathroom, which can be accessed both from the bedroom and from the common area.

Heureusement qu'il est bien situé !

Les finitions intĂ©rieurs sont Ă  revoir... - vieilles fenĂȘtres sans aucune sĂ©curitĂ© en cas d'intrusions et le store du salon est nĂ©ant - lampe dĂ©crochĂ©e du mur dans une des chambres - parquet "fatiguĂ©" ou carrelage dans la cuisine et salle de bain salissant - L'Ă©quipement de la terrasse dĂ©cevant (pas de parasol, vieilles chaises inconfortable, systĂšme de la climatisation qui fuit) - la climatisation est un peu faible pour rafraĂźchir l'appartement entier heureusement qu'il n'y avait pas la canicule mais ça aurait Ă©tĂ© sympa de la laisser tourner avant notre arrivĂ©e.. La premiĂšre nuit a Ă©tĂ© chaude... Et le matin sans pouvoir faire un cafĂ© avec un peu de sucre...un peu dangereux en cas de la malaise - les travaux de rĂ©habilitation complete dans l'appartement Ă  cĂŽtĂ© et le bruit qui va avec de 9h Ă  18h00 avec un immeuble trĂšs trĂšs peu insonorisĂ©es - manque de prise dans la chambre parentale avec un lit une place et demi... Faut prĂ©venir les gens bien portant ! - le volet de la chambre parentale ne se ferme pas bien et le jour en pleine tĂȘte le matin... Pas super... À part ça, nous avons passer d'excellentes vacances dans cette ville magique et dans un super quartier plein de commerces de proximitĂ© sympa et de bons petits bars Ă  tapas typique. Le mĂ©tro dessert une ligne qui est aprĂšs dessert trĂšs rapidement pleins de ligne pour dĂ©couvrir tout Barcelone rapidement. Nous recommandons le parking Rocafort pas cher et tout prĂšs pour la semaine en voiture. Et un beau jardin Ă  10 minutes Ă  pied est super pour boire un bon mojito avec les enfants tout prĂšs, conseillĂ© en fin de journĂ©e

The host was spot on, proactively checking in to ensure everything was fine and if there was guidance required. He even let us check in a bit early. 6 out of 5 for the host.

Located on a street without much traffic, but plenty of restaurants, bakeries and a nice supermarket around the corner. Perfectly clean, easy check-in and very good WiFi. Would love to stay again.

Vivebarcelona has been fantastic, I've been staying with them for over 18months now! The apartments have been very comfortable and locations AMAZING. The service offered has been fantastic too, I've been dealing with Julien since the beginning and have always been taken care of, certain maintenance issues have been rectified very quickly. I would strongly recommend ViveBarcelona's apartments, I personally don't think you can find better value for money in Barcelona, especially for expats and non fluent Spanish speaking people, they make life very simple for you.

Appartement agréable dans quartier calme, commerces, restaurants et métro à proximité ( 10 min de la Rambla). La terrasse est agreable et tres ensoleillée. TrÚs bonne communication avec Alexandro et son ami Julien qui a été d'une aide précieuse pour nous trouver une place de parking . Merci à eux deux. Le seul bémol est le lit double,, qui est annoncé en 'queen size' est en fait un lit de 120cm

Nous avons passĂ© 5 jours merveilleux chez Alejandro. L’appartement est trĂšs bien situĂ©, non loin du centre, dans un quartier agrĂ©able, sĂ©curisĂ© et un peu moins touristique. L’appartement est moderne et de trĂšs bon goĂ»t. La terrasse est tout simplement incroyable; que ce soit les petits dĂ©jeuners le matin ou les cocktails le soir, nous en avons bien profitĂ© ! Enfin, Alejandro est trĂšs rĂ©actif et toujours Ă  l’écoute et aux petits soins pour ses invitĂ©s. ÂĄMuchas gracias Alejandro!
