Overall, the hotel was fine. The problem was the room i had on the 6 the floor (611). Someone was moving furniture, next door o'r sir and making a lot of noise on the wooden floors until 1am. Each time I was about to ring the front desk the noise stopped. Happy that I booked another hotel for my final 2 nights in town.

We stayed at this property in August 2025 for 3 days . 1st Day we had paid for family room but they were not sure that we were getting 1 room or 2 rooms , so that created some ruckus , you go into the room they are really dingy , didn't expect t from the photos online. The breakfast is 20 Euros with a very very limited (no good) breakfast . Coming 3rd day our keys stopped working . We would come down to get the keys done and go up the keys don't work . Every time

What can we say? This Hotel is beautiful. We booked a terrace suite. The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful with all of our questions and booking transportation from the cruise port to the hotel and again to the airport was easy and seamless. We would stay here again without question! 😁

The balcony room was nice. The rooftop pool is small but enjoyable. The rooftop restaurant food was good. The area is safe and near cafes and stores. Taxi stand is next to the hotel.

Fantastic location, the bar staff on the rooftop, all excellent customer service, especially Dani and the entire team. The pool area needs more sunbeds, but it's fantastic to have that dip during the hot weather. The room furniture is a bit tired, but it's all good. The shower head was the The most annoying part was that it was not an excellent fit for the holder, so we struggled massively. The breakfast staff are fantastic and very professional. There is a great selection. The gym was boiling. The lack of air conditioning made it difficult to work out, especially since it is tiny. I can't fault the location and staff at the bar and breakfast room. My last point is around the TV; it lacked Netflix and other apps, this was on the downside, it lacked amenities for a luxury hotel.
