The property is nice but arriving around midnight felt really unsafe - someone told me on my way there that I have a thief following me to steal my phone. The hotel is nice but seems to be at the centre of a rough neighbourhood, so the view from the rooftop pool is not amazing to say the least. Arriving to the hotel from the metro, beyond passing through the rough neighbourhood, requires you to climb up quite the steep incline. Despite all of this, the rooms are ok and so is the staff. I gotta commend the cleaning staff that did an exceptional job. I don't think I'll come back because of the area and the incline, but those who don't care about that and love a good bargain would enjoy this hotel

The property seem to be recently refurbished. But it did not have basic things like room service, tea/coffee in the room etc. It is also situated in the middle of a residential area which becomes noisy at times. However, it was a spacious, clean room with daily housekeeping and friendly staff.

I stayed for 3 nights (April 27-30th). The staff were amazingly friendly and very helpful. The hotel and rooms are very clean and comfortable and more than adequate for my needs. I did find not find the hotel to be very central but I knew that when I booked it. I did go out to find a restaurant around 8:30pm and did not find much open. Regardless, the hotel was consistent with the reviews and for me the cleanliness and friendliness of the staff were most important.
