This hotel is in a great location. Definitely go up on the terrace to view the Sagrada Familia at sunset. There is an amazing restaurant one block away called Bocca di Benefacio. Breakfast at the hotel is nothing special, but it--s fine.

We chose this hotel for convenience and good rating but it was not as pictured online. The hotel staff were not uniformed, rooms were small and dingy. They had no lighting outside. Had a hard time finding it at night. Would not stay here again.

Very convenient location with lots of restaurants, necessary shops around for food and medicines. 5 min walk to SAGRADA Familia Church but you must book your tickets on line in advance to visit it!!!

Centrally located, nice location. Front desk staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We were gone most of the day but it was nice to come back to a quiet room with a comfortable bed. Highly recommend!

A scary experience in Sagrada Familia hotel

It was almost perfect as I was hoping for from the start. I arrived early but the front desk staff Jose Luis accommodated me as I was so tired with the overnight flight. But something happened as my luggage code was broken. It was fine when I open it upon my arrival then I rested went out for 3 hours came back and fall asleep again after eating my lunch/dinner. In the morning wanted to take some things so I can shower but I found out my lock was broken. It won’t open anymore. I informed the front desk and the staff came to check it and tried to help but it can’t be open. He took it downstairs yo try opening it but to no avail. I been using this luggage for years of traveling abroad so it’s so unusual that this happen. I needed to get some stuff so I went downstairs and asked if they were able to open but no…so I agreed to have it broken. So now I’ll be travel with a broken luggage lock. I resulted buying a new one to be sure my things are safe and I found out my wallet still inside with my US ids and credit cards but my money was stolen. I had $460.00 but it was only $160.00 left. Well I was happy that I still have $160 left and my documents are intact. That’s all I need and all I can say is just be extra careful thief are everywhere. Not a good experience for me.
