The location of the hotel is super The staff at the reception, especially the man, did not remember the name Benedicto or Ricardo is very friendly and ready to help in everything, cleanliness is not very, comfort too, the room clearly lacked a table and a mirror, but everything is fine

Over all it was acceptable because of the cheap price. The bathroom is very old and the walls look dirty. However I accidentally left my Apple Watch in the bed and it was there after the bed was remade. The cleaning staff are excellent, but there is only so much they can you with water damaged doors, chips in the bathtub, and warped walls. Check in took a very long time(over 30 minute

The location was convenient, but the condition of the property is very poor. Rooms are completely worn out, in need of a repair and are missing basic essencials such as little fridge, yea/coffee maker, chair, table. Fornthe price we paid per night, totally not worth it.

I had high expectations because of the look and location of the building and prices of the room. Was very disappointed by the checking process (way too many forms to fill and sign!) and the room amenities that were minimalistic (no fridge and no duvet). Luckily, we were there only for one nigh before leaving to the airport.

We get displayed zero stuff there was an option to do so, no working AC one member of staff on the front desk means it takes around an hour and a half to check-in along with that if you ever need anything there’s no chance of ever getting anything you require as only one person on the desk, the big factor is I went there no Work AC requested that I could have a refund which I was told I could I went back the second day to get my refund and was told I could only be refunded for two days. They lie they don’t have the correct facilities at work and operate and frankly you’re better off. Just paying a little bit more and getting a place that offers you the right standards if you really don’t care just stay here then.

It's a "simple" place. Nothing fancy, nothing added. Great location, metro, walking and no issues with the general area. I'd come back.

Location was perfect! The receptionist upon arrival was rude. As for the room, okay. A place to crash for one night. If you are looking for a good night's sleep, that is not the place. The walls are thin, and the air conditioning was not cool. Anyways, it is what it is!
