Ibis Barcelona property is great!

The property is nicely located. The food was fantastic at the hotel. The staff are all very professional and courteous. It was a really wonderful stay!

The staff should be more friendly. When we asked for a map with attractions they provided an outdated map. Few days later we found out about a much better from Hop on Hop Off. Although we did not use Hop on Hop off they should let us know of the map. Breakfast was good.

The people in Barcelona do not want tourists and are not friendly. The hotel was unwilling to work with us and I do not recommend booking this hotel.
