My partner and I stayed over the Christmas period. From the moment you step out of the Taxi you are made to feel at home. Nothing is to much trouble for the extremely friendly guys on reception. From directions and metro advice, restaurant recommendations

Staff are very friendly and helpful, the location is convenient. Many attractions are within walking distance. However, there are some issues during our stay. First, our room has poor soundproofing. We could hear lound noise when the toilet was flushed upstairs. Second, we founded some blood stains on our quilt. It still made us very uncomfortable even though they changed after we had told the front desk. Third, shower towels are old and lose color. They shouldn’t be used anymore in such a hotel. I only found such towels in some motel rooms in the US. Fourth, pastries for breakfast are good, but the kiwi is solid and can’t eat at all. In general, this is a 3 star hotel with friendly staff and convenient location, but needs some improvement to reach a 4 star level.
