Good location

La chambre en mezzanine a un escalier trĂšs apique nous n’avons pas montĂ© nos valises elles sont restĂ©es ouvertes dans le salon qui est trĂšs petit alors pas beaucoup d’espace pour bouger Par contre bien situĂ© quelques mĂštres de la Sagrada Familia TrĂšs bruyant il y avait des travaux juste en face et on entend les gens qui entrent et sortent de l’immeuble la nuit

Logement bien placé, gérant efficace car nous avons eu un problÚme eau/électricité et il a su gérer rapidement. Par contre la procédure d' arrivée pour la remise des clés n'était pas trÚs claire, propreté acceptable mais peut mieux faire..

Bien situĂ© mais voisinage au-dessus extrĂȘmement bruyant, Ă©quipements vieux et non fonctionnels, les plaques ne chauffent pas, impossible de cuisiner! la bouilloire, trop petite et d’un autre Ăąge, met bcp de temps, le sĂšche cheveux ne fonctionne pas. Quel dommage

Really nice place!

Well situated, about 2 blocs from the Sagrada Familia church and metro lines. Nice appartement, everything there. Very nice host! Had the misfortune to lock ourselves out of the appartement, they were there in less than 20 minutes to help us out. Great quality/price ratio. This appartement was at floor level, in the back, so noice is not an issue. The place would benefit a bit more lights. Note: watch out for the low ceiling a the top of the stairs and also note the the coffee machine is currently a Lavazza modo mia machine, the capsules for the machine are very hard to find locally (ordered a box through Amazon, that was delivered to the newspaper stand one corner away the next day!)

Very nice small apt. Only concern are the stairs to the loft where the bed is. Being an older couple it was hard to go up and down at night for the bathroom. Hosts were very helpful and it was easily accessible to local sites

Some Drawbacks to the Duplex

My time here was impacted by the industrial amount of noise generated by neighbouring residents - day & night. The bedroom also has a window (no curtain or blind) overlooking the front door exposing the loft bedroom to the building entry lighting. The foyer lights do go off late at night, but are activated throughout the night as people come & go. So, not as relaxing as I'd hoped. Another low point was the discovery of a large cockroach. Quite a nice set-up otherwise, if rather dark (very little natural light) & dimly lit. It looked nicer in the photos. I found it a bit expensive in terms of value. Plenty of cheap & cheerful restaurants/cafes in the area (also supermarkets). Close to Monumental metro. Contact with Lodging Apartments prior to & during my stay was good & they were responsive. I did go through a number of different platforms (Vrbo/Stayz etc) for the initial booking.

Great location and the accommation was clean and bed was comfortable. Nice extras of bread / cake / coffee pods / washing powder etc greatly appreciated. Slightly brighter lights would have been better 😂

Very narrow, dark and dingy property with no natural light apart from a torturous light in the upper bedroom (to call it a Duplex is not a fair description) which comes on throughout the night as people come into the building - also very noisy as paper thin walls. Whilst we had a decent check in from the hosts they supplies inadequate towels (and toilet rolls) for 2 people for 4 days and when we asked for more they said they were not a hotel and we would have to pay for them. Awful attitude.

Great little place near Sagrada Familia

We stayed here in September 2023 and had a great time. As mentioned by other renters, there is no AC which worried us a bit, given the blistering heat of Barcelona, but the place was cool enough and with the fan in the loft area where the bed is, we were sleeping fine. To note, while this is located on the first floor, the bed being on a loft means this place would not be suitable for people with accessibility issues; the stairs to the bedroom are quite steep

It is a quaint apartment. The property managers were were super helpful. And I needed helpful. My only complaint is the bed is a loft up a steep set of stairs. I'm going back again in 2 days. So my complaint wasn't that big of one.

Great stay in Barcelona

Would recommend! Convenient location, has everything you may need as a home base on a trip. The space itself is quiet and a bit dark - which we appreciated for good sleep even though it’s on a main street and so close to the sagrada familia. the bedroom is a lofted space with steep stairs- not an issue but something to be mindful of as you’re booking. The company communicates ahead of time - recommend reading thoroughly and using their recommendations on google maps

The location was perfect and everything was within easy reach. Had all the amenities required and was quite comfortable. Would rather have a double or queen mattress, though. The two singles tended to stray apart. Overall, happy with the stray.

Great Location

We stayed here while apartment hunting for my daughter whom will be attending Barcelona University. The location was amazing! Walking distance to great restaurants, Metro, bus all close by. It is on a busy enough street you could get a taxi by walking out the front door. The apartment was roomy enough for the two of us. Everything we needed to cook if we wanted. There is no air-conditioning, but fans were available keeping the bedroom very comfortable at night. Would definitely stay here again!

Tolle Lage

Das Appartement liegt zentral und sehr nahe zur Sagrada Familia. Die Ausstattung ist gut und es ist sauber. Es ist schön eingerichtet. Leider hat es keine Klimaanlage und nur eine BalkontĂŒr, sodass man nur schlecht lĂŒften und kĂŒhlen kann. Außerdem kann es ziemlich laut sein.
