Nice apartment for large families or a small group of (respectful) friends who want to spend and visit the wonderful city of Barcelona.
It is a modest yet fully equipped apartment with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, living room and on a small gallery, and above this, an excellent location. At only a few blocks from "Sagrada Familia", if you are looking for a budget location in an authentic Barcelonese apartment, this is your place.
The Space:
This apartment still features the original characteristics of the building with modern updates. You will find 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The dining/living is located on the back side of the building. Bedrooms are in the front and back of the apartment.
Entering this apartment, you will find that there is one bedroom/bathroom to the left. This bedroom has a double bed and closet with the bathroom connected to it. On the right, the dining room and kitchen can be seen. There is also a toilet bathroom next to the kitchen. Further into the apartment, you will see the living room with the second bedroom on the right. This bedroom also has a double bed and plenty of storage. At the back of the apartment, there is a gallery room with plenty of windows and natural light.
There is a TV in the living room and through the wireless (WIFI) internet connection you can stay in touch with your friends and family at home. There is a sizeable couch that can be found in the living room.
The kitchen is located in the center of the apartment. It is a simple kitchen, stocked with all the necessary things you may need. It is a newly renovated kitchen with new appliances.
If you want to stay with your family, with friends or for business in Barcelona, in a central and calm/nice district, this fully equipped apartment will definitely fulfil your needs.
This is an apartment in a protected building, which implies that many elements need to stay in original state. Floor-tiles in some part may be cracked. Important to take this into account.
Other Things to Note:
- No lift but the apartment is located at the first floor
- Old building. Not a great entrance / staircase maintenance, but in fair condition. Can be noisy.
- Suitable for families. Suitable for business travellers. Should you not be a family or business traveller always contact us first with a description of you and the fellow group as also ages and reason of stay.
- Please understand that some areas are used intensively and will be more worn than others, but we always do the best we can to keep everything clean and maintained.
- Should you notice anything malfunctioning, not clean, etc please report immediately so action can be taken. We try to be very attentive but in the end are human and things can escape the eye.

- Before you make moves to the apartment, give us a call about 30-45 minutes before. No app calls or texts please, just hit us up with a regular call.
- Need help with bags? Check out "Luggit Service" - They can pick up your belongings and deliver them at 15:00 at the apartment, so you can explore the city in the meantime ;)
- Remember to send over IDs of all guests before arriving. It's a local rule we have to follow.
- Make sure outstanding amounts are squared away before you check in.
- Don't forget about the tourist tax – it's 6,88€ per person per night, not included in your initial booking payment.
- When confirming the booking, it is required to sign the rental agreement contract.
- Baby on board? No problem! We've got free baby cots, but give us a shout when you book. For the safety of your baby, there are no sheets, pillows or additional mattress in the cots, only the regulated mattress that comes with all travel cots.

Dirty apartment
This apartment needs a deep cleaning. Apartment complex notified me the day before arriving that they needed a security deposit outside of the amounts paid through vrbo. Communication was poor and there is construction right outside the apartment.

Very cold in January, 14C- 57F, broken toilet
Enjoy Holidays is a company that rents many other flats to tourists so the place gets very noisy. (night parties, dustbins outside of the house and the traffic) and it is very very cold. The toilet, oven and many other things were broken. The company charged us more that the Vrbo web stated without asking. It is a great location, beautiful flat but run by a company that is not personal, provides poorly furnished and disfunctional property.
