Housekeeping issues

Overall a positive stay and great vibe. Only issue we had however was noticing that our room was not being cleaned etc.I immediately informed the front desk and was assured that housekeeping would take care of it. However, despite my request, the room was still not cleaned when I returned later in the day. I followed up again, but the issue remained unresolved throughout my stay. This level of service is unacceptable, especially for a hotel that prides itself on guest satisfaction. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and improves their housekeeping procedures to ensure a better experience for future guests.

Far from major attractions. If you don't mind being away from city center (which some do) this is the hotel for you. Staff was nice but although we asked for daily cleaning we did not. In the end we just told the desk we wanted cleaning.

The interior design is magnificent! Our room was so clean and room service was very quick. The views are not particularly pretty but the hotel makes up for that with art, plants, and beautiful color schemes.

This hotel is super nice and trendy. Really enjoyed the room and highly recommend to get the room with the tub! Nice hotel bar and great location! Would love to come back in the warmer months to enjoy their pool!

Looks can be deceiving

Appearances can be deceptive, and unfortunately, this hotel is a case in point. While the décor and ambiance are pleasing, the majority of the staff could benefit from improved customer service training. Furthermore, my booking process did not mention the unexpectedly high deposit required before room access, despite me be paying in advance. The location is convenient, with excellent transport links and a good shopping mall nearby.

I can’t believe they call this place a “4-star” hotel. Yes, the location was great, but everything else was a complete letdown. For starters, the bathroom door in our room was ridiculously loud and creaky—I had to call maintenance just to make it bearable. Then the sink and shower drain were so backed up that water kept pooling, which meant another call to maintenance. On top of all that, the hotel was downright stingy with water, and I had to keep asking for more. Housekeeping also couldn’t seem to get the towels right, so I found myself calling the front desk at least twice to ask for what should’ve been replaced the first time around. And don’t get me started on the bed. The mattress wasn’t even properly secured to the frame, so every time I tried to sit up against the headboard, the whole thing slid down, leaving a giant gap. To make matters worse, there was no real closet or even a proper suitcase stand. A “4-star” hotel with nowhere to put my bags? Really? I had to shove everything on the floor in an already cramped space. A decent wardrobe would have solved this problem, but apparently, that’s too much to ask here. Honestly, I’m still stunned they try to pass this off as a four-star experience. Ridiculous.

It has amazing staff and the hotel was in amazing walkable area and lots of things around. Amazing place to stay would definitely recommend to anyone traveling to Barcelona.
