The staff were excellent and welcoming. The rooms were clean, modern, and well laid out and equipped. It was nice to have a breakfast option in the hotel (additional fee). The cleaning service was fast and very good. The Tres Torres Atiram hotel is located in a residential area with a lot of medical buildings nearby. There is a small grocery store nearby and some cafes. You do have to walk several blocks to find shops and restaurants. It's about a 20 minute walk to the L'llia mall, which was a very nice shopping experience.

The staff was very attentive, food options and quality, great beds and linens, free teabags and instant coffee with a tea kettle, and large rooms. The water dispenser was incredible.
