Victoria City Center is a luxury duplex apartment with 5 double bedrooms and 140 mÂČ, located right in the heart of Barcelona, next to Plaza Cataluña and just a few steps from Paseo de Gracia. Its prime location allows guests to enjoy everything the city has to offer, from luxury shopping to its main cultural and gastronomic attractions.

Both apartments, Victoria City Center 1 and Victoria City Center 2, have been awarded the highest tourist classification of five keys, ensuring a superior level of comfort, service, and attention to detail. Their design combines functionality, elegance, and brightness, creating a welcoming and practical space for stays of the highest quality.

Location and surroundings:Victoria City Center offers the perfect balance between central location and tranquility, as it faces the inner courtyard of the block, away from the street noise. Just a few meters away is El Corte Inglés, one of the largest department stores in Barcelona, as well as Las Ramblas, the famous pedestrian avenue full of life, terraces, street performers, and iconic shops of the city. Paseo de Gracia, with its modernist architecture and the works of Antoni Gaudí, is also nearby, offering a unique cultural experience. The Gothic Quarter and El Borne are also within walking distance, with their narrow medieval streets, charming squares, trendy boutiques, cafés, and restaurants.

Apartment description:Upon entering the apartment, guests are welcomed by a spacious and bright living room with glass doors that open onto a small balcony with a table and chairs. Next to the living area is the dining room and the fully equipped kitchen, which includes a laundry area with a washer and dryer.On this floor there are three bedrooms: the main one with a double bed and a walk-in closet, and two additional double bedrooms with single beds. One of these rooms is accessed via a spiral staircase, which is not recommended for guests with reduced mobility or small children.A modern bathroom with white marble and glass finishes completes this floor, adding both style and functionality.

The upper floor features two additional double bedrooms with sloping ceilings, adding character and charm to the space. There is also a full bathroom with a shower, offering comfort and privacy for all guests.

The apartment is equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi, TV, air conditioning, heating, and a fully equipped kitchen with utensils, crockery, cutlery, and a dishwasher. Although there is no private parking, a public car park is located just 250 meters away with easy access.

During their stay, guests can enjoy a personalized concierge service available to assist with any request, such as transfer bookings, private chefs, tours, or activities in Barcelona, ensuring a comfortable, exclusive, and worry-free experience.

Important Information: 1) Victoria City Center is located in a residential area, so guests must respect the neighbors’ nighttime rest. 2) The property has a 200-liter hot water tank. 3) The person signing the rental contract upon arrival must be over 25 years old. 4) A late check-in fee applies according to arrival time: after 20:00: 15 € / after 22:00: 20 € / after 00:00: 30 €. 5) Only the number of guests specified in the reservation may stay overnight; additional guests will incur an extra charge. 6) Security deposit: 350 €, charged only by credit card upon arrival if required by Victoria Barcelona Properties.

For all our guests we provide: Three sets of keys, bed linen, bath towels and hand towels per person, hairdryer in each bathroom, iron and ironing board, washer, dryer, kitchen utensils, crockery, and cutlery.

Great place but it can be improved

The location was excellent, and the host greeted us warmly upon arrival. However, some of the bed sheets and pillowcases had an unpleasant odor, suggesting they hadn’t been dried properly, which gave them a bacterial smell. The rooms also had a musty odor. It seemed that previous guests might not have treated the property well, making proper cleaning and maintenance even more crucial. Additionally, it was disappointing to find no coffee provided despite having a coffee machine, and the laundry machine lacked detergent. These small details detracted from our overall experience.

Outstanding stay just off Plaça de Catalunya

Everything about our stay here was top notch. The pre-arrival communication, the check in process, the cleanliness, the space, and the location. We were in for 5 nights and walked to almost all the destinations we wanted to visit. When we needed to catch a bus or a metro, the stop was just a few hundred yards away. Also, the Aerobus stop to get to/from the airport was also just a few hundred yards away. I would give this place my highest recommendation.

Great location and great management

The property was perfectly clean, spacious, centrally located, and our host was very communicative and helpful. Even with a group of 9, we had plenty of space. Would recommend to anyone coming to Barcelona with a larger group!

Fantastic place and perfect location in central Barcelona

This is a perfect perfect location right in the center of Barcelona. You can walk to nearly every major attraction in under 20 minutes. The train / metro is also very close by (5 minutes away - 2 different stops. The building and apartment are both great. Easy to find. Check in / check out process was super simple. We had ages in our group of 6 from 50 to 8 years old. Everyone could spread out or all be together in the common living and dining spaces. The house is set up nicely for two families with kids or one larger family. We would definitely stay here again in Barcelona

Perfect trip

The photos for this property were pretty accurate though the rooms may be somewhat smaller than depicted. The unit was clean and well cared for. The location is wonderful, right in the middle of a great area and easily accessible to Metro and bus transportation when you want to go to other areas. Great shopping areas are only a few blocks away. With eight people in our party, we were all comfortable and happy.

Nice property in a great area near La Rambla, Barrie Gothic and La Boqueria Mkt. Reasonable Saba parking nearby if you prepay as well as easy metro access. Plenty of space for our family of 7. Host Marco was very nice and helpful including flexible checkin and restaurant recommendations. Would love to stay again!

Barcelona family vacation

We had a lovely stay at the property with our adult children. It is very well located and there is lots of space and sleeping areas to choose from. The air conditioning was so appreciated during this heat wave. The host was very accommodating and helpful. Our only suggestions for improvement is that the carpet and the couch in the sitting area need to be cleaned and several of the large towels smelled very mouldy, like they hadn’t been dried properly. Overall we really enjoyed our trip and the location.

Excellent location, lovely place.

A beautiful apartment in the perfect location - so easy to get around on foot. Whatever you need is close by, and the Corte Inglés supermarket is a gem. The apartment is well kept, and just as described. The only thing is that the upstairs bedrooms have very low ceilings, so if you're quite tall or claustrophobic it may be something to watch out for! But overall, a perfect place for a perfect holiday. Hope to be back soon!

Great property and location

Location: A Great location just across from Plaça de Catalunya, Shopping center (El Corte Ingles) which has a supermarket on the bottom floor. Easy walk to Gothic Quarter, La Rambla, shopping... and there is a taxi stand across the street as well as the hop on hop off bus stop. Subway station is also across the street. Very convenient location. Check in: A - Easy and timely Unit: A 2 story unit Floor 1: Sizable living room with a small balcony, dining table that can seat 10 tightly, 1 large bedroom with queen bed and lots of closet space across the full bathroom (tub) and another small bedroom on the other side of a galley kitchen with 2 twin beds with 2 hanger stations and a dresser outside (no door) Floor 2: a tiny bedroom with 2 twins off the small bedroom on the first floor with a somewhat steep and dangerous windy stair case (no AC) up there. Off the main staircase, there are 2 sizable rooms with 2 twin beds each that can easily be pulled apart or put together. There is also a full bathroom on the second floor with a walk in shower (no tub) and a very tiny sink. Amenities: A- AC was fantastic, nice and chilly and much needed! Towels were plentiful, shampoo and hand soaps provided (no shower gel or conditioner). A few rolls of toilet paper. Hairdryers in both bathrooms and a hair straightener in 1 of the bathrooms. Kitchen: A Microwave, oven, dishwasher, plenty or plates, bowls, cups, wine opener, hot water kettle, very well stocked. 2 packs of dishwasher pods and a small laundry detergent for our 7 day stay. There is a washer and dryer in the back of the kitchen. Cleanliness: B While the beds, towels, sofa, tables were clean, the floors felt a bit dusty but there is also construction going on so if I had to pick on one thing... Overall a great property, would recommend and stay again. Ps - we left 2 beach umbrellas there for future visitor.

Great location, spacious apartment

We stayed at Victoria Center #1 this past week in Barcelona - 6 ppl (myself and my best friend and our 4 teen kids). The layout was great - everyone had plenty of space and the beds were comfy. The loft room and other twin bed rooms are definitely best suited to kids/teens or smaller folk as the two beds in all of those rooms are all definitely euro-singles but the two 'master bedrooms' are big and fabulous and have king beds (or one was a king that could be split into 2 american size twins). We are all pretty seasoned travelers and this apartment was really great. We were a bit weirded out when we pulled up and saw that it was between a McDonalds and a Taco Bell but it turns out that there are literally fast food places every other block in Madrid (who knew??) and the building itself was very nice and safe. They had a doorman during the day, a double entry system into the lobby and 2 elevators. It was GREAT and very clean and nice. The location is amazing- right on the Placa Catalunya which is the heart of the city in many ways -- and the El Cortes Ingles giant grocery/department store is literally across the street. There was a cute balcony for drinking your coffee in AM and it looked over a courtyard where people would gather for drinks etc. There is construction next door but they seem to keep very European hours (aka we never heard them before 9am or after 6pm) so it was fine. Tons of amazing restaurants, La Barria Gotica, Las Ramblas all nearby. And if you like to cook and want super fresh ingredients both La Boqueria and Mercat Santa Caterina are walking distance. We all speak pretty decent Spanish but everyone in Barcelona speaks English-- even if you talk to them in Spanish they answer in English if they know you are not Spanish. Most people said they wanted to practice for tourists who dont speak any Spanish (of which there are allot!). The check in process went smoothly, everything worked, it was great to have a full size washer and dryer (2 machines, not one as in most european apartments) after traveling for several days already. The only thing I could say is that the kitchen really should be more well stocked. For an apartment this fancy and at this price point there should be things like paper towels and trash bags. There was one trash bag in the trash can, no paper towels etc. Which is just silly because it is a tiny expense but makes a difference. Overall a great apartment!

Incredible location, clean, spacious, well equipped apartment

The location of this apartment couldn’t be more central so perfect for easily seeing all the sites in Barcelona. Also right next to the start point of the hop on/off bus tour. The apartment is very spacious (over 2 floors) so good for 2 families the only downside is the stairs are a little treacherous for young ones. Kitchen very well equipped. Communication was great on our day of arrival so easy to meet to get the keys for the apartment. Definitely recommended. The only reason for 4 stars is because it wasn’t clear how the rooms were laid out & it wasn’t safe for my 3 1/2 year old to have his own room (our problem though not the owners!)

Great place to stay. Loved it

This was a very comfortable place to stay. Very close to everything. Everything was within walking distance. We felt very safe wherever we went. We were a family of eight and all the bedrooms were very comfortable. The highlight of where this apartment is at is in Las Rambles area which was perfect. I would highly recommended this apartment to anyone. Eduard was very helpful when I had a question. I would just message him on the home away app and his response was very swift. Nicholas was great. Great location, perfect for a large group

We stayed at the property with 6 girls and it was perfect, plenty of space for us to spread out and had everything we would need. It was clean and exactly as advertised. We thought we would use the kitchen a bit more but the amazing food around us was more appealing on vacation, so convenient to have the café right outside the door - amazing little spot with great coffee and sandwiches, salads. You can get EVERYWHERE in Barcelona you need to go mostly within walking distance or a cheap/short cab ride. Also, very quiet - didn't hear anything from the other apartments in the building, this was an absolutely perfect find. The group kept thanking me for booking it. One things is the girls who stayed upstairs said there was funky smell coming from the area rugs but other that we could NOT be happier. Thanks for having us!

Well located, perfect for our large group!

We absolutely loved everything about our stay in this apartment. The location is so central to everything you need to access as a tourist. The apartment itself was perfectly broken up to accommodate our group of 10. Very nicely decorated and taken care of. Would definitely stay here again!
