We enjoyed our time in this beautiful and spacious apartment. The kitchen had all the equipment so we could make paella and more! The views are stunning and you can even see the sea on a clear day. Hot water in the showers was plentiful with 5 of us showering each morning. The beach was less than 15 min walk. Marco was friendly, helpful with recommendations and very responsive during our entire stay. He was able to accommodate our early arrival and stored our luggage. We will definitely stay again on future trips!
We booked this in 2020 for a stay that year, and finally managed to use the booking in 2022.
The apartment was perfect for our needs as a group of five and was a lovely place to stay.
Imanol and Marco were great to deal with, and booking, check-in and check-out were very simple.

The apartment was convenient to everything. 10 min walk from the beach. Plenty of food options. Public transportation is close to the apartment. Check in was seamless and the owner of the property was very responsive to my inquiries. I would definitely choose this place again to stay upon my return to Barcelona! I would suggest using the transportation through the property. They were on time to pick us up and take us to the airport.

The apartment is in a great location, itâs a 15 minute walk to the beach. Itâs also just a 10-15 taxi ride to the heart of Barcelona. The trolley train is a half a block away.
We would definitely stay here again!
Our family of 8, had a very nice time in the unit. It was roomy enough for all. It was nicely furnished, very convenient location, great and safe location. Was supper easy to catch a bus or metro, and walking to main areas was easy. They left us a book with all sorts of information on how to use appliances and how to deal with parking, garbage, etc. (this is very important as Europe works differently than the US). We would definitely rent this unit again.
Die Lage des Apartments ist gut, das Meer erreicht man in 15 min. zu FuĂ. Die GröĂe des Apartments war fĂŒr 6 Personen ausreichend, fĂŒr 8 Personen wie angegeben war, ist meiner Meinung nach zu wenig Platz (die Wohnung hat höchstens 110m2 und nicht wie angegeben 140m2). In einem Badezimmer war der Abfluss der Duschkabine verstopft, die Halterung fĂŒr den Duschkopf war locker und der Wasserdruck in der Dusche war viel zu gering. Weder die Badezimmer noch die Toilette konnte man absperren. Bei Anreise fand sich kein Toilettenpapier (eine Rolle wĂ€re schon drin gewesen bei einem Preis von 3700âŹ/Woche).Alles in Einem könnte das Apartment mal wieder eine Renovierung vertragen, vor allem Bad und Toilette.
Fazit: Barcelona immer wieder gern! Das Apartment allerdings höchstens fĂŒr die HĂ€lfte dessen was wir bezahlt haben!
We had a 3 generation family reunion. Six adults and a child fit comfortably. We all enjoyed our stay. The public transportation is easy to use. We enjoyed walking around the neighborhood as well. There were good restaurants and Tappas bars within walking distance. The park in front of the building is well lit at night. I highly recommend the place. The owners are very approachable and were very responsive to any concerns.
My children (ages 12, 21, 22) and I loved this apartment - clean, stylishly furnished, functional.
We stayed in this two-story, 4 bedroom apt. over the Christmas holiday for about 10 days. Each bedroom was adequately sized, some with more comfortable beds than others. The master bedroom and bath were very nice, yet simple in the design and furnishing, same with living room, dining area, other bedrooms and kitchen. We cooked some meals in and found the kitchen to be extremely adequate. Close by grocery stores were helpful. There is s nice pedestrian shopping/dining area close by and an indoor shopping mall. Plus the metro (Salva de Mar stop) and beach are within 10-12 minute walks. The beach was nice. Great overall experience.
