Beautiful apartment with lake view and terrace, two bedrooms, one bathroom, and parking lot!
A little south of the old town of Bardolino and only 100 meters from the lakeshore, this apartment, renovated with attention to detail, is on the second and last floor in a quiet condominium with covered parking space and a large and green communal lawn.
In the spacious and bright living and dining room there is a fully equipped kitchenette with a dishwasher, coffee machine, oven, large fridge with freezer compartment, sink with two bowls, a large dining table, and everything you need to prepare delicious meals or quick snacks. Furthermore, there is air conditioning, a comfortable large sofa, WiFi, satellite TV and the double French doors to the terrace with automatic awning and of course a great view of the lake.
A bedroom with a double bed and a chest of drawers and a bedroom with a modern bunk bed, built-in cupboards, and a wall cupboard. It is suitable for 4 people with the possibility of an additional travel cot.
Bathroom with window, bidet, sink, shower cubicle and washing machine and storage room with tumble dryer.
The furniture is made to measure and the windows have mosquito screens and blinds to darken. The apartment also includes a small cellar for storing bicycles and a covered parking space in the fenced residence.
In a very central location is only 10 minutes far from the main square of Bardolino and 5 minutes from the two big supermarkets Interspar and Lidl.

CHECK-IN - between 15.00 and 19.00.

EARLY CHECK-IN - on request and based on availability with a supplement of € 50 for arrivals between 9.00 and 12.00, € 30 between 12.00 and 15.00

LATE CHECK-IN - arrivals after 19.00 incur a charge of € 30 and after 22.00 of 50 € for the night service.

CITY TAX - per person, per night (from 14 years) not included in the price to be paid in cash on arrival and different for each municipality.

LINEN - both bed linen and towels are not included in the booking rate. They can be booked in advance at an extra cost of 12,50 € per person. The same fee will be charged for any additional change. There is no bed-making, only the supply of bed linen. You are welcome to bring your own linen and save money!
Possibility of separate beds upon request at the additional cost for the set of bed linen equal to + € 10.00.
