The property is in an excellent location which enables you to walk to Old Town and surrounding areas. Staff is helpful and we especially found Vynka to be very aware of how to handle customer needs and requests in an effective manner.

I got upgraded to a junior suite. Probably the nicest and biggest hotel room I had in all of Europe over the years. Breakfast was good. I was puzzled by the fact that scrambled eggs were free but an omelet was €7. So I ordered scrambled eggs and took ham and cheese off the buffet. You are about four or five blocks from the nicer part of town. My wife and I joked that you knew you were getting close to the hotel when you started seeing trash in the street. But otherwise service was great the hotel was beautiful fully refurbished I would recommend this place to others.

The staff was so nice and helpful. The room was very comfortable. An unexpected bonus was the little bar and restaurant. The bar was a cozy place for a drink before going out to dinner. The breakfast buffet was really good with a nice selection of options. We even had a salad on our way out that was also good. A very nice stay in a charming town.

Chic Boutique Hotel in Heart of Bari

What a find in the heart of an ordinary neighborhood in central Bari but close walk to the historic center and waterfront! The appointments and details are unexpectedly high end and chic from the inlaid tiles on the travertine floors and wood finishes in mute greys accented with brass. Even the light switches are modern and touch sensitive. Our headboard was a grey ultra suede framed in dark brass. High end bath products and a gorgeous and large glass enclosed shower.

The hotel was beautifully renovated and we were upgraded to a suite which was nice. A great size bedrooom and the bathroom/shower was amazing. Definitely the nicest hotel we stayed at during our 18 day Italy adventure. Walking distance to main part of city and old city. Staff were amazing - the young woman who checked us in on the 27th. The breakfast staff were wonderful and breakfast was better than expected. Definitely stay here again!
