The Granary on Historic North Devon Farm. Stunning Edge of Exmoor Location.

The Granary is one of 5 beautiful and comfortable self catering cottages clustered around the courtyard of an historic North Devon farm. Set down a long driveway with no noise or passing traffic, Northcote Manor Farm (which was mentioned in the Domesday Book) is the perfect spot for a peaceful and relaxing break.
The Granary is a two storey cottage, sleeping 4 people in 1 double bedroom and 1 bedroom with twin beds. The cottage has a large family bathroom. Downstairs is a cosy open plan living and dining room with a fully equipped kitchen. Immediately outside the front door is a garden table which overlooks the courtyard.
Northcote Manor Farm offers a heated, covered swimming pool set in a beautiful walled garden as well as a games room with table tennis, pool table, table football and lots of toys and games. There is a playground and a large trampoline as well as a football field for children.
The property is set in the middle of 34 acres of woods and fields including a stream and offering wonderful walking right from the cottage door.
Dogs are welcome in the cottage and love the setting!
This is a great cottage for both couples and families.
Travel cots, highchairs and stairgates are available for our youngest guests.

Schöne Ferien fĂŒr die ganze Familie

Wir verbrachten eine sehr schöne Woche Urlaub mit der Familie auf der Farm. Die Wohnung war gut ausgestattet, sauber und schön. Alle waren sehr freundlich und unsere Kinder liebten den Pool und die vielen Spielmöglichkeiten. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Beautiful quiet location, comfortable, clean and welcoming cottage and best nights sleep I've had in a long time. Aiden was always around if you had any issues (which we didn't) or for a chat. Games room and pool are great if you have kids. This is our second visit, will definitely be back.

Great little hidden gem

Property was as described, not too far from beaches and main town. Cottage had everything we needed for a week away. Kids loved the games room and the swimming pool and the host was friendly and available if we had any issues!

We booked a short stay at The Granary to enjoy some family bonding time with our older child and teenager. The games room provided lots of fun and the pool was clean and warm. We were emersed in the audible tranquility of nature as soon as we arrived, which ensured we were able to unwind, free from electronic devices and the daily distractions of life. The cottage itself was lovely, very clean and quant. We had everything we needed, inclusive of a complementary bottle of red wine upon arrival. The hosts, Aiden and his father in law, were absolutely lovely and were always happy to help. Thank you! We will be recommending to our friends.

Cornwall and North Devon holiday

Lovely setting for a relaxing holiday away from the crowds. Linda was very friendly and the cottage and amenities were really good. Our 1 year old puppy enjoyed playing with Linda's dog Sandy. Unfortunately the weather did not match the standard of the accomodation. I would certainly recommend Northcote Manor cottages

Quiet country comfort

A lovely warm welcome to an idyllic valley setting. Comfortable cottage with all amenities. There are nice walks to take around the place some lovely scenery! Unfortunately we didn’t get to see the wild deer but we did hear them. Made plenty of use of the pool! Highly recommend the place.

Friendly cottage, great for a family get away!

Had an amazing time, you will need a car but beach, town, tesco, eateries, farm, cider mill all near by. There is a wonderful clean, warm pool, trampoline, games room all on site along with friendly welcoming family, dog and cat! You could really ask for nothing more. we had such a great time we just got back and are talking about booking a return jourey in the winter!!!!
