Summary:
This a wonderfully established, multi-level, centrally located holiday home that offers all the space and comfort you could wish for. An ideal venue for bridal groups, family groups, or golfing groups.

Six bedrooms, three bathrooms, open-plan kitchen, dining and living areas, a suite of decks for outdoor dining and entertainment, and a huge garden with rolling lawns, with thriving native shrubbery, means that everyone can spread out and enjoy some good old R & R.

You are literally a couple of minutes from shops, boutiques, cafes and restaurants, river and surf beach and golf club.

The Space:
The King master bedroom has an en suite bathroom, three further bedrooms with either queen or double, a small study/bunk room with two single bunk beds plus a further bedroom with two single beds.

Lovely large house

Our family had an excellent stay on a lovely weekend in Barwon Heads. We had ample room for all of us & also were able to enjoy the huge garden. Everything we needed was provided, our only comment would be to have a couple of extra lounge chairs as we all (6 of us) couldn’t sit comfortably together to watch a movie. Other than that it was perfect & highly recommended for a large group

This large house is situated so conveniently!Walk to the beach, local shops and IGA on the corner. Kids loved playing in the grassy back yard. Would definitely stay again.

Had everything and more!

We had a magnificent time at this place couldn't fault. Very spacious. beds comfortable. The living room and fireplace was a great place to sit at the end of the day and congregate. Everything we needed was there, beds very comfortable , quiet, location amazing just 200 metres from shops, Barwon Heads hotel. The house was very big with rustic charm and very comfortable. We had a 12 seater bus and parking was no problem at all. Highly recommend.

Great spot for an extended family weekend away

We stayed with three generations for a family catch- up. The house had plenty of space for everyone, was well equipped with everything we needed and perfectly located within easy walking distance of river, shops, cafes, hotel and walking tracks to bluff.

Great house my second stay

I love this house. It’s our second stay and we will stay again. It’s a great house especially for a couple of families or a few friends. The weather was ordinary and we enjoyed the open fire so much. It’s so close to everything with a relaxed vibe.

We were disappointed for over a thousand Dollars a night you didn’t get linen or spare toilet rolls or even had soap which we had to buy. This was very disappointing.

Hard to sleep

While our overall experience was fine there were some issues. There was a constant beeping during the night from an adjacent property and mattresses in two of the bedrooms were very uncomfortable leading to several restless nights for two of our party. We would suggest these mattresses should be upgraded.

What a great property

We had a fabulous long weekend. The space at the property both indoors and out meant our family had plenty of spots to sit down and catchup and have a sip and the kids loved running around on the lawn area. The location couldn't be better with an IGA at the end of the street and the main strip full of eateries and boutique shopping only a couple of minutes walk away. We would love to come back again in the future.
