Handy location

The apartments are in a great location close to the station and tram network. They are very reasonably priced. Having the kitchen area is a great plus. The rooms are varied in style which can lead to either elation or disappointment (interesting decor with not so inviting smudges on the wall)

Great stay at these apartments and good base

We really enjoyed our stay in the apartment (senior studio with balcony ). It was all that we needed and right next to the pool which was handy . It was really handy for the train station and close to all the trams which meant that it was a great place to explore the area as well as France and Germany . Our only slight problem was the we only had 1 towel each for the 5 days and one pillow (we prefer two) and there was no one there that could give us more . Breakfast was basic but nice and the man serving breakfast was lovely and friendly . Good fridge and freezer , a great stay and would recommend !

The property was fine, more targeted at longer term stays. A bit tired but clean enough. Felt safe enough for me on my own, shower was hot, didn't notice too much road noise. Overall it was fine for a place to sleep in an otherwise extortionate city! Very handy for train and tram.

Smooth, easy stay

The communication from the property was perfect. Every door (outside, room, pool, laundry, fitness, ...) is controlled by your code. It's quite brilliant!

Room was modern with good amenities. Properties was a short walk from the train station. Check-in was a bit concerning (submit passport and other details in advance and receive key code before arrival) as there was no check-in at the property but all worked well. Basel card (transport and discount card) was waiting for us in our room. Would choose to stay here again.

Rooms looked better online than in reality - they were quite run down and dirty. Rooms were missing towels. Breakfast got cancelled on one of our days. Property felt a bit unsafe with dark corridors and random people hanging around the building. Would not recommend.

I like these apartments, they are an easy walk from the station. They are simple but smartly done. The sound proofing on the windows is excellent and if you are in a room at the front of the building you need it. The TV reception is a bit sketchy for the foreign channels but the WiFi is good enough to watch things on your own devices.

I recently stayed at VISION APARTMENTS Basel and overall had a comfortable visit. The space itself was clean and well-presented, and the location made it easy to get around the city. There were a few areas where the experience could be improved. Communication with customer service was a bit slow at times—especially when we were trying to arrange luggage storage prior to check-in, which took longer than expected to coordinate. Additionally, the TV did not appear to have access to local or news channels, which may be something to note for guests who like to stay connected to local programming. Although I have called and complained a couple of times. Lastly, some clearer instructions for the lighting system would have been helpful. It took a bit of trial and error to figure out which switches controlled which lights. Overall, I had a pleasant stay, and with a few small adjustments, the experience could be even smoother for future guests.

Basel - it was a blast. This was my Eurovision accommodation and it was just perfect. The room was very quiet; perfect for long party nights, you can sleep the whole day without noises from other appartements around. The restaurant had very nice waiters and delicious quality! Only the very reactive communication for the check in was not that good and I didn’t get a Basel Card. The apartment has many do‘s and don‘t rules. Overall, I recommend it! Thanks!

Good location for transport near main station. Nice if a little small room. Building itself a bit sad. Check in process could have been easier and clearer (had to email copies of IDs of both people staying to get a code). Owners did not provide the Basel Card as is normal in Basel and I had to go to Tourist Info to get it. It should just be sent with the booking.
