I stay here regularly. Great hotel. The shower was a bit hard to rurn on due to lime buildup on faucet, but otherwise everything was top notch.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The shower was a little tricky to operate. The more you turned the knob, the colder it was.

I liked an option for a hot breakfast. Coffee was luke warm at best and there was no hair dryer. No long distance calls were allowed and PC in lobby didn't work. Needed both.

I did like the facilities and don't fault the staff for the way the traverlers simply cleaned their cars out and dropped the trash next to where they were parked. Not a knock on the facility, simply sad statement of the way people act today: selfish and uncaring about anyone except themself!

The clerk was friendly helpful and responsive. When we arrived, the pool and patio was under construction and there was no notice this upon booking. The clerk did inform us during registration, but it was already late and we did not have time to look for another hotel. When we arrived that evening, there was construction staff working on the pool until the late hours - almost midnight. It was noisy. There was many areas in the hotel where it looked like there was some fixes made. Plaster on the walls here and there. Not really sure what was going on.

The fitness center and pool were under construction or renevation with no access and no notification during consideration. A spider (dead? alive?) was in view on the curtains over the a/c. Instead of trying to reach it, we hoped it would just stay where it was. We were grateful for a place to stay during an event weekend.

Great value!!

Friendly staff, clean room, lots of breakfast choices at the free breakfast bar, excellent hotel value. This was our 2nd time staying at this hotel, once in 2014 and again this weekend. Both times we were very happy with our choice. Only con was the pillows. They are not for me. I'll bring my own next time.
