When I showed up to the hotel they gave me a room I walked in and I thought oh it looks a little dated but it's okay. There's a bit of a smell but then when I turn on the electricity and the AC and then went to wash my hands, the sink made an incredibly loud noise due to some faulty plumbing. I informed the staff about it and they asked me if I wanted to try a different room that had no windows so I agreed and I went into that room. I think the AC was working fine but again that room also had a bit of a smell. I then informed them that I wanted to cancel my reservation and try a different hotel. They gave me their best room at the top. The room had a bit of a smoky smell to it. It wasn't terrible. The AC was working. It had a little balcony but it was incredibly unclean. I stood there a couple of days and I killed at least 10 cockroaches. I could not stay there any longer. I plan to stay there for a week but then I moved to the Osaka hotel close by. It was more expensive but the quality was much better. When I did check out early they did ask me if I wanted them to spray the room because of all the roaches but I thought it's definitely not worth it if I killed 10. That whole hotel must be infested. The hotel also has a club. I noticed it was loud when I was checking in when I was in my room I didn't really notice the sound.
