I was request for non smoking room. But when i check in i was given by the staff smoking room. Even i was informed cant be changes. The room was smell terrible and in the future i dont think ill choose ibis. Im solo traveller doesnt meant i can be treated like that.

The hotel staff were attentive and friendly. However, the room was only average, there are stains/ residues left on the toilet wall (where the hair dryer was), and also on the mirror partition facing the room. The towels are very worn, the bed creaks, and you can hear almost everything that's happening outside your room and even above you - people talking loudly, closing of doors, dragging, stomping sounds from the room above.

We are given connecting room but both have queen bed despite booking 1 room with queen bed and 1 room with twin bed. Almost all power socket unable to use as cannot plug in properly. I called and they send adaptor. Bfast is not so good, too salty and very few choices. But considered ok for the price. No convenient store nearby. Overall, still consider ok for the price I paid

There is no fridge only a chiller which is not cold or freezing enough so have to buy ice from the restaurant. The remote control of the TV is not working need to manually change the channel.The room is spacious but showering area & toilet is separate and an open concept design with the pantry area. There is shuttle service to nearby shopping malls like batam grand center & nagoya hill. Overall the staffs are friendly but the hotel might need some upgrading. The hotel ambiance is nice & pleaseant too.

This Ibis Styles is very good, the rooms are big, the pool is good and best of all is the rooftop bar and restaurant. The decoration is funky and interesting I will definitely stay again

1. The refrigerator in the room remained non-functional even after it was reported. 2. Only one access card was provided, which was inconvenient when I needed to leave the room alone. Without an access card, it's impossible to access the floor unless someone else assists. 3. The breakfast spread was average. Some main dishes were overly salty, and the drinks were excessively sweet. 4. On Sunday, was the most crowded during breakfast. Despite the lack of available seating, hotel guests were not allowed to sit in the exterior areas of the restaurant. Several people, including us, had to wait for seats to become available. That said, the hotel staff were friendly and did their best to make our stay enjoyable, which we truly appreciated.
