Rooms were good sized, clean and accessible. Bed was very comfy! Had to check in early, this was easily arranged for a small additional fee, but no drama. Food was good and the breakfast food value within the room fee.

Highly recommend
My boyfriend and I had a lovely stay at the Charlcombe Inn, the room was just a few meters from the side door of the Inn and were very well presented. Food in the restaurant was lovely and service very friendly. Location to the park and ride was great for getting to Bath Christmas Market. Highly recommend.

Charlcomb was a quaint and lovely stay! The stables were turned into guest suites and were quite charming. Breakfast was delicious and we really enjoyed our stay. Would definitely recommend.

Room very nice but not luxury, not very private if u wanted to have fresh air in the room due position of windows. Bathroom could probably do with new grout between tiles and sealant around edge of shower door. Pub a little bit over priced for a drink. But it’s ok for a one night stay.

The ratings I have given are a bit misleading as this is a superb hotel. Very quaint and beautiful rooms and surroundings. We were in the courtyard outside the hotel. Even though there were about 10 outside rooms, we were given an adjoining room. The room was lovely with wooden floors. Unfortunately, the adjoining room was given to a young family with 2 toddlers. It literally felt that the children were in our room. Their footsteps running around the room prevented us from having an afternoon nap before our planned, late night. At 6.30am the next morning then, the toddlers woke up, so again, it was the end of our sleep. Given there were about 10 of these 'chalets' available we felt it very unfair to be given an adjoining room with a family with such young children.
