Summary:
Welcome to Parade Watch! A comfortable, central stay for 2 people, just a 15 minute walk from a world-famous sites like The Roman Baths, The Royal Crescent and The Circus â as well as the ultra-relaxing Thermae Spa, The Rec (home of Bath Rugby!) and a whole host of shops and restaurants.
Due to the central location, there is no parking at the property.
The Space:
Parade Watch is an affordable option for those wanting to enjoy all that Bath has to offer without compromising on location. This lower-ground apartment is self-contained, really central whilst still being quiet and practical. There's everything you need for a break away, including a full kitchen, washer and dryer, living room with smart TV and dining table, double bed with linen and towels, plus a shower room.
LIVING SPACE
Feature fireplace, comfy sofa and chairs, coffee table, Smart TV and dining table. With views out onto Walcot Parade and the countryside beyond.
BEDROOM
There's a comfy double bed, complete with crisp white linen and plenty of storage for your belongings.
SHOWER ROOM
The shower room has a toilet, basin and shower. Towels are included.
OUTSIDE COURTYARD/BOILER ROOM
Outside the kitchen is a small courtyard with a boiler room that houses the tumble dryer.
Guest Access:
During your stay you will have the entire place to yourselves but our Superhost, Chris is only a phone call away if you need anything at all!
The Neighborhood:
Walcot Parade is about a 2 minute walk from Walcot Street â often described as the trendy artisan quarter of Bath! There are boutique shops and restaurants within a few minutes walk of the apartment and the city centre's main attractions are just a 15 minute walk away.
Getting Around:
The property is a 15-20 minute walk from the train and bus station, or a 10-15 minute taxi journey.
Please note there is no parking at the property due to its central location, we would recommend Charlotte Street Car Park.
Other Things to Note:
The apartment is on the lower ground floor, so there are stairs down to the front door.

The apartment is owned by Rona and hosted by Chris who takes care of the day to day management. Chris is based locally and always on hand to help.
