I do not know how they have an 8 star rating on Travelocity. Rooms smelled like mildew. Mold. Outlets missing the plates, the computer chair was broken. Shower curtain rods were barely hanging on the walls (top screw on each side was stripped out of the wall) little gnats and flies and baby bugs in the room. Bed sheet had a quarter size hole in it like a cigarette burn. Internet was poor (had to use my mobile hotspot). Furniture was gashed, banged up. I think it would be embarrassing to call this my Inn. I think this was a refurbished Motel 8.

It was clean and the front desk attendant was helpful and nice. The room was basic. If you need a clean place to rest, it's perfect. If you're used to more luxurious hotels, not so much. It was worth the value.

B+ medium budget facility

Medium budget motel. Appears to be remodeled facility. A few maintenance issues in our room appear to be in order. Old door in bathroom needs to be replaced. Weather stripping on exterior fort needs improvement. Extension cord needed for microwave

weird/ uncomfortable experience

i was door dashing all day long and was tired and needed a place for me and my pup to go rest before. i want to say the lady at the desk was SO friendly , as well as the maintenance lady. so the service between those two encounters were not bad at all. it was everything else that rubbed me wrong, and the condition of the room. normally , i stay in main stay suites across the street, however funds have been tight , and i only made the amount of money during my door dash shift that could afford Camron’s prices instead First off , hotels.com at the end of reserving this this motel, the receipt states “ payment upon arrival - $2.00”now maybe when i was tired , i didn’t read some other sort of fine print bc when i got there i was asked for 25 dollar deposit. BUT , after reading i noticed a lot of ppl complained about the same , even the lady at the front desk said people mention the same.. i told her i could not pay it and they were more than accommodating. I appreciated it so i could final rest, and told her i would door dash more later to pay the deposit bc she said the owner would eventually ask me for the payment anyways i go to my room- so many fkn people hanging around outside the rooms. mind you it’s around 12-1 am. it was aggravating and uncomfortable to be honest. just over all grimy atmosphere, the room was so outdated , not that clean. what made me mad was i guess when i was tired, i thought i booked a pet friendly but i didn’t. the maintenance person comes BANGing
