The breakfast area desperately needs someone to bus the tables- very messy. Coffee thermos needed refills. Shower head loose from wall. Dirty glass at bar sink. Hotel is in a great location near restaurants, malls, & Interstate. They are remodeling so hopefully it will be better

When I checked in I was told that even thought I reserved a King bed, if its through a third party, I am only guaranteed a clean room. They put my husband and I in a handicapped double bed room. Floors are sticky bathroom not fully clean. Felt like this room had not been occupied for a long time. Not happy with this stay
