My room was non smoking and smelled liked an ashtray. My tv didn’t work, the toilet seat was broken, there was used soap in my shower and 2 half drunk bottles of juice in my fridge. My room clearly had not been cleaned. I was told I was given the last available room in the hotel even though the parking lot was empty. No refund issued After speaking with the manager.

Arrived at the hotel at 3pm didn’t get checked until almost 4pm. Get to the room there’s a Bee flying around in there called the front desk to get someone to help us. No one came it finally got caught in the curtains. Next morning another guess walked in our room. Only to find out we never were checked in smh. Them got charge 3 times after they finally corrected the issued. So now I have to call to get my money credited back smh

We paid for a room with a pull out bed to sleep 5, we also arranged for an early check in. When we arrived, the room was not ready so they made arrangements to move us to an equivalent room. In the evening, we realized the bed was not a pull out, so we had to sleep on a sofa. Both times I talked to the ladies at the front desk (that night, and again upon check out), they were "unable to do anything" and promised to forward my issue to the manager. I paid over $300 for the room, and basically got a double-double. I now have to try to contact Hyatt for a third time to fix the issue. The front desk staff said they were unable to credit me for the room changes or mistakes because I booked thru a third party, so all they can give me is points. They have not given me anything yet. But beware...nice hotel, though, otherwise.

The AC unit was leaking and the floor near the bed was very wet. No one serviced our room that day we were out (we did not place a tag on our door). No clean sheets, no towels, etc. When we returned the room smelled like Mariana! The also could not figure out how to split our bill into 2 card payments! I'm sure I'm not the first person to ask about that!

I have had the air conditioner in the room replaced and the carpet in the room cleaned. Additionally, I am working with the hosts regarding the issues with splitting the bill. I assure you that our guests satisfaction is our top priority and we failed you in that aspect.
