While the person running the front desk was kind and helpful, my experience was awful as despite booking well in advance, no room was available.

My stay at the Hyatt was horrible. My first not the air wasn’t working. Ok fine I stayed again the 2nd day the day of my check out housekeeping walked into my room while me and my husband had on no clothes. I was livid.

Continental breakfast was extremely disappointing. And apparently they had overbooked through third party sites, so there were a lot of disgruntled travelers. I guess I should feel lucky we had a room.
