Did not meet our expectations for a Hyatt Place. The hotel was under construction. Our room, while nice, was structured awkwardly with the TV oddly placed for either the sleeping or sitting spaces. The breakfast was little more than a standard continental breakfast. Service was good, but otherwise average stay for a more expensive hotel.

Our family spent the night and really enjoyed the evening winding down they serve hotdog hamburgers and wine. It was really nice and the breakfast bar options which is always great. The staff was very polite. Love their energy. Definitely will stay again.

Booked an accessible room and upon arrival they had no room but a walk-in shower with a handrail. No handrails around the toilet. They wouldn't give us another room even though this one was unusable for my handicapped wife. They would not refund the charge and were rude and unconcerned bout our issue. Wound up at LaQuinta and they were awesome. DO NOT STAY HERE IF YOU HAVE SPECIAL NEEDS

The room I booked vs the room I received was two different things! The room was extremely hot all weekend due to a faulty ac system! The pool was a disaster! The landscape crew cut the grass near my brand new truck and blew all the grass clippings all over my vehicle!
