A lot of loud noise both nights in the hallway next to my room by a number of young men. When I went to check out in the morning, I could not find anyone to give my room key to or answer any questions.

The room and hotel area was great except for; The wood furniture in our room looked to have been cleaned with a harsh cleaner and ruined the varnish finish which was super super stick which got on some of our personal things. The elevators for the garage and hotel are confusing and cumbersome. The garage area was extremely hot and dirty. All in all we enjoyed the views of the river, the quiet, and great location to the city. Check in and out was a breeze. We’ll definitely come again.

Not happy that roll away beds are offered on web site. but when i arrived they said not offered on 2 bed room because fire hazard. Tried to get another room was told they didnt have any more.

Restaurants were limited or closed . They were cleaning carpets on the floor our room was on but I didn’t ask for another room so …… beds were comfy and I liked the shower setup .

My fault for not reading fine print. Took teenage granddaughter to LSU Volleyball camp and she was looking forward to swimming but they have a policy of must be 21 in pool area. It was in extreme small print at bottom of brochure. should be large print at beginning. ordered room service at 730pm saw text after eight telling us to pick it up at restaurant. After complaining to front desk, they brought it up at 9pm without the salads.
