This 3 bdrm/2 bath house sleeps 6 comfortably and has a huge kitchen/great room for relaxing. Easy access to local restauraunts & bait shops makes this a fantastic getaway for you!

Home is beautiful, views are even better! Very quiet and peaceful. Visited a couple of wildlife refuge’s and took a drive down Matagorda beach not too far away(40 minutes or so). Will definitely stay again.

Beach Front Beauty/No mosquitos!!

Our stay here was pretty awesome! Loved the privacy and the sound of the ocean and being that close to the beach! Not a huge beach but once the tide was low it was great for the kids. Enjoyed our first ever salt water fishing and caught a lot of fish! Had a full moon on our anniversary and the light on the ocean all night was amazing! No idea what they sprayed but I don't think anyone in my family saw one mosquito our entire 4 day trip, which was amazing on the Texas coast for once! Place was very clean and nice and would definitely love to bring the family back!

Thanksgiving getaway

This was our second time staying at this property and won’t be our last. We love the location and the house is always very clean and nice. Carla is great to communicate with and she left us some very good cookies. I highly recommend this property

We love the location of this house. The wrap around porch allows for beautiful views. The 4 stars were only given because the mattresses were very uncomfortable, otherwise it was a great time.

Absolutely perfect home. The home is large, beautifully decorated, large rooms and huge master bath and shower. We loved lounging on the wrap around deck watching the sunrise, then heading out to play with the dogs on the beach.

Great view, quiet during the week, bring groceries and quarters

We liked this place. The view from the deck was very nice. A little traffic during the weekends but weekdays are mostly quiet. No washer and dryer but the rv laundromat is super close and clean, just bring some quarters. Most items suitably stocked. Might request extra bath towels/washcloths? We only got one washcloth with 5 of us staying. We did not reach out to ask for more so that’s probably on us. Tons of beach towels and a couple beach bags and sun hats too. Some books and games there. TVs in every room. A few spices are currently available. Cozy place, we would rent again if we had a group going. Watch out for the tar like substance on the beach. It gets everywhere and is very hard to wash out. Otherwise, we love Sargent. That deck is the best place to relax.

Total peace sitting on the back covered deck with the waves and breeze - nothing like it. All you hear are birds and waves, the canal in the front and ocean in the back - perfect getaway!

Very nice home good location . Unfortunate not to have laundry facilities available in the home .Not enough quarters to wash what was needed . It would be a good addition considering the cost of rental . Great fishing beach not the best for small children but overall good trip

Extremely Well Designed Roomy with lots of extras!

This house was so beautifully decorated and so spacious. My family loved the couch, super comfy! TWO sinks in the kitchen and a keurig!!! Enough pots, pans and utensils to cook anything you want. The master bathroom is so spacious and beautiful. We enjoyed our long weekend very much. The beach is directly across the street and an easy walk.

Amazing family time!

We had the best time staying here. It’s quiet, beautiful, clean and right at the water. Great fishing on the canal at the back of the house. The kitchen space was fabulous for cooking and preparing meals. The deck is just awesome to sit and watch the ocean and hear the waves. The breeze was wonderful! We will book this house again for sure! 6 adults and 2 kids, it was perfect for our family.
