I didn't like the fact that the first thing you see is a sign saying they are not responsible for your vehicle being damaged orr things being stolen. I also didn't like the fact that there were people in the center courtyard just hanging out. One wasn't sure if they belonged there or not. I felt unsafe. They couldn't find my reservation in the computer even though I had a confirmation number, and kept telling me they were sold out for the night. I had booked a double and was told there weren't any, so I had to take a single. The carpet was filthy. There was an iron and no ironing board. (Standard usually in all hotel rooms) I had to try to iron our wedding clothes on the bed. Kleenex and paper products hadn't been replaced from the previous patrons. We had to go get towels from the maid, as we were only given 2. Since we were put in a single room I assume that's all you get, but we were 2, so needed 4. The front desk was happy to tell me that there were over 47 channels on the TV, but 27 were shopping networks. I had more choice at home. While I was checking out, a woman called and complained to the front desk that housekeeping just walked in her while she was dressing! It was only 10:15! It wasn't even time to check out yet. The maid shouldnt have even started cleaning. The only bright spot was Ava and Emily at the front desk, they got us directions and helped us with breakfast and answered our questions.
