Spacious Home on ICW w/ Fabulous Patios on Sargent Beach & ICW Side!

At "Ace in the Hole" there's space for your whole group to relax and enjoy a beautiful, Texas coastal getaway! This spacious home has room to comfortably sleep up to 15 guests.

The lower level of the home has a beautiful, fully stocked kitchen, along with a large dining table and counter seating. There's also a comfortable living room with electric fireplace and a full bathroom. Upstairs, you'll find 4 spacious bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, along with a large laundry room and patio access at the front and back of the home.. so you can take your pick of beach views or ICW views!

The bedroom layout is as follows:

Bedroom 1 - 2 queen beds w/ jack and jill bathroom
Bedroom 2 - 2 queen beds w/ jack and jill bathroom
Bedroom 3 - 2 queen beds and twin over twin bunk bed, private full bathroom
Bedroom 4 - 2 queen beds with private full bathroom

Outside, you're sure to love the huge patio overlooking the ICW and nature preserve.. or head up to the upper deck on top of the boat house! There's even a fire pit for those chilly evenings!

Nice home but under furnished. Management could do better in preparation for guests. Table and counter were not cleaned and not all supplies were as written. They don't provide much not even all trash bags, paper towels, soap that were promised.

We had a great time. The house was very nice in a great location. It was very clean and had everything inside that we needed to cook and etc. Outside i would recommend that need alot more lights, hard to see at night, we like to do alot of fishing. A green light and a fish cleaning station would be great to add. Overall very nice and we enjoyed our week long stay and definitely recommend staying here. From the time we checked in to check out we had someone making sure that all of our needs were met. Great communication... Until next time😊

Perfect trip. Very nice house!

House was very clean and very well equipped! Was a quick fishing trip for the four of us. The dock was mandatory when I booked as we spent most of the time out on our boat. Other than that the house could use some lights around the water as it was really dark at night. And the fish cleaning table was broke. Would definitely go back again and stay. I've stayed at a lot of beach / canal houses and this is one of the nicest I've stayed at.
