WIFI, Private keypad entry. 1 Bedroom main level Queen Bed, 1 Bedroom 2nd level Queen Bed, 1 Queen Sofa Sleeper in living room on main level, 2 Twin Beds, 2nd level. 1 Full bath tub/shower on main level, 1 bath with shower 2nd level.
Large Balcony Table and Chairs and Lake Views of Basswood Island. In lower part of building is Captain's Spirits for your favorite wine, beer, ice cream, cheese curds, and more. Only 1 block from Madeline Island Ferry and 1 block from main street of Rittenhouse Ave. You won't have to walk up hills to get to your accommodation!
Washington Condo #203 looks out at Madeline Island and Basswood Island. Located in the heart of downtown Bayfield, WI. - Walk to everything! 40" Flat Screen Roku TV If you have Netflix, bring your login and password. High Speed WIFI Internet. Central Heat and AC + a Gas fireplace. All Linen's, Towels, Soap's, Toilet Paper, Paper Towel, Napkins, Plates, Dishes, Glasses, Utensils, Cook Ware, Drip Coffee maker, Coffee filters, Dishwasher, Iron, Ironing table, Washer, Dryer, newer furnishings and updates. Parking for 1 vehicle in parking lot or in back by ramp with parking permit. Additional parking on 1st street or Washington Ave. More parking just up Washington Ave 1 block at the City of Bayfield parking lots on both sides of Washington Ave & Broad Street.

After making a reservation, we will email you and you must immediately reply to our email (not VRBO messaging) with your full address, names of guests and which are adults and children and their addresses, for Wisconsin Guest Registry Statute.

Great location, lots of space

We'll definitely book here again. Location is great and is right in the middle of everything. The layout was also really nice because there is a main living space and bedroom one one floor, and a lofted space and second bedroom & bathroom on the second floor. Having room to spread out over 2 stories was just what we needed when having some downtime. Jack was also super fast to respond with any questions we had.

Family Fun during the Apple Festival

The condo was perfectly situated for attending the Apple Festival and venturing out to other venues and activities in the area. The condo was very comfortable and well equipped to accommodate four adults offering ample common space and privacy for each couple. The reserved parking spaces for condo occupants is a huge bonus. We will definitely use these condos again when visiting the Bayfield area.

My friends and I have done fall trips for 15 years. This has been the nicest stay yet! Deck has a view of the water, walking distance to just about everything and clean. Check-in and check-out was super easy!! GREAT TIME😊

Comfortable condo in a great location.

Great location, all the things we needed

This was a great location to access shops, restaurants, and the ferry. The condo had everything we needed and was in good shape. Our only issues were that the listing stated "hot tub/spa" under amenities but there is not one. Overall this was a great spot! Our family of six, plus grandparents, all enjoyed our stay.

Short trip to go to Big Top Chautauqua

Great location, took ferry to Madeline Island, walked around Bayfield and then to Big Top Chautauqua. We weren't there for long but great location, condo was very clean, beds were comfortable, all good!

The trip to Bayfield was perfect, The location we stayed in was well stocked with dishes , pans everything you would need . The host is incredible.we walked everywhere we went …. You will not be disappointed with this condo or the location.

Great location, spacious condo!

We really enjoyed our stay in Jack’s condo. We have 4 kids and all slept comfortably along with my in-laws. Plus the location is perfect. There are nice restaurants, a coffee shop and ice cream shop all within 2 blocks. We would definitely stay again!

Perfect Location

The condo was a close walk to everything in downtown Bayfield. There are many places to eat nearby, and the ferry to Madeline Island is a block away. The condo was very comfortable and clean, with 3 separate sleeping areas. We were very happy and would stay here again.

Family summer vacation

My family had a wonderful time in the Bayfield area and enjoyed the vacation rental very much. Rooms were clean and the location was great. Walking distance to downtown area of Bayfield and the ferry landing to Madeline Island.

Super convenient location

The location of the property is perfect; it's easy walking distance to the marina and all the downtown restaurants. I've stayed here multiple times, it's one of my go-to's. The property is always clean, quiet and ready for guests. Check-in is super easy and Jack is always super easy to communicate with.

Wonderful place and excellent location!

Very clean and super conveniently located. It is a half block walk to coffee, food, groceries, and downtown shops. We walked to the dock for a boat tour of the islands. The ferry to Madeline Island is less than a block away as well. Wonderful place and excellent location.
