Apartment with a view of the Wendelstein & direct access to cross-country ski trails & hiking/MTB trails

Barely an hour south of Munich, yet deep in the mountains surrounded by unspoiled countryside—find rest and relaxation from everyday life through a wide variety of activities for families, sports enthusiasts, and nature and animal lovers during summer and winter vacations, as well as at Easter or in the fall…

In our newly renovated vacation apartment, you’ll enjoy all the amenities along with a panoramic view of the surrounding mountains. It has its own entrance with a direct view of the Wendelstein and the chairlift at the Sudelfeld ski resort. With two bedrooms and an open living area—comprising a kitchen, a dining nook, and a couch area—as well as a bathroom, our vacation apartment is designed to accommodate 2–6 people.

The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic cooktop, oven, dishwasher, and microwave. The living area features a flat-screen TV, a pull-out sleeper sofa, and two comfortable armchairs. The adjacent bathroom has a spa-style rain shower, toilet, and sink. A washer and dryer are also available for your use at any time in the bathroom.

As new parents ourselves, we know just how much gear you need to pack for your little ones, so a high chair, bottle warmer, and travel crib are, of course, available upon request.

We’re also committed to ensuring the well-being of your four-legged friends, as we’re animal lovers ourselves and own a Husky and a Husky mix. Upon request, we can provide a dog bed, food and water bowls, and, if needed, food for your faithful companion.

Right in front of our house, a variety of well-marked hiking trails lead out into nature. We’d be happy to advise you on these and provide plenty of maps. The nearby waterfall, the natural pools, and the stream are a special adventure for children! Our house is located at the end of a small private road, so your children can play around the house without worry. All the amenities of the town of Bayrischzell are within walking distance. In winter, the trailhead for the many cross-country ski trails—totaling about 100 km—starts right in front of our garden.
