Shaded lower deck and sunny upper deck both with seating.; high-end outdoor furniture including eight lounges, four side tables, table with seating for 8 people and umbrella; large gas grill. Beautiful landscaping throughout the property. Beach chairs, 8 beach badges, and beach umbrellas provided, not guaranteed if lost before check in .
