First Floor Oceanside 2 BR Condo in Beach Haven. Great Central Location!

Central location allows you to park your car and walk to nearby Bay Village, Fantasy Island, and numerous shops and restaurants. There is also a free shuttle which runs the entirety of LBI (during prime summer). Plenty to do for families and adults alike!

This is a first floor two bedroom, one bathroom duplex unit that sleeps 4 adults comfortably. The main living area is an open kitchen and living room. You will find all the amenities you need in the kitchen as well as a table with seating for 4. The large bedroom has a queen size bed and a second smaller bedroom has a twin bunk bed set. Washer/dryer and bathroom complete the unit. Condo has one split and one portable AC to keep the unit cool.

There is an outside shower and table set for use in front of the building (which is set back from the street and more private). Building does not have a back yard. The beach is a short walk of less than 3 blocks away. Unit includes off-street parking for one car (street parking is generally not an issue). There is a small area with table and chairs for dining in the front of the house (building has no back yard).

Rental comes with 4 beach badges and two beach chairs for your convenience. Children under 12 have free entrance to the beach. Please note linens (sheets/towels) are not included.

Great beach vacation location! Close to beach and super close to shopping, restaurants, and other attractions. Only downside, parking is a bit tight. But when most everything is in easy walking distance, just park out of the way. Location exactly as listed, no surprises. It’s the beach; our family just needs a place to sleep, grab a quick snack/meal, and to clean up. Perfect. If our children were younger (now 18 and 16), we’d book again. Probably need another room at this point just to avoid sibling issues.

We enjoyed our stay and the location was great!The smoke alarms need new batteries, the one in the bunk room beeped through the night last night. We did push the button in the morning. The toilet seat also needs tightening and the bathroom drain was very slow to drain.The cleaning person was there when we left!Thank You!

We had a very bad experience. We stayed in this house for 2 weeks and when we first arrived the light in the main bedroom was constantly flickering very badly. We alerted the host who said they would either drop off a new bulb or fix it the next.morning, but then never came and said they would come the next day instead. AMAZING vacation!

First, Laura was so kind to accommodate my older paralyzed pup when he couldn’t stay anywhere else. We were within walking distance to the doggie beach where my dogs had an absolute blast. And it was close enough that I didn’t worry about them overheating walking over there. The house is super cute and the perfect size. I could walk or bike anywhere. I really liked that it was set back off the road, as a women staying there by myself, I felt safer being tucked away, but still had neighbors surrounding. The courtyard was fun and roomy. The house had all the amenities, except an electric mixer but I worked with what I had. Very cute condo and would definitely book again!

Just a couple things the driveway is way too narrow for a bigger SUV and the toilet wasn't attached. Just wish the AC was put in the living room too. Glad it didn't get too hot

Disappointed

The condo wasn't fully cleaned when we arrived. Specifically, the sheets weren't cleaned when we turned down the bed. There were loads of long black hairs (that didn't belong to me or my husband), and pet hair, and public hairs. Yes: Public hairs. There is a washer/dryer in the unit so we washed and dried everything before going to sleep. Also, the garbage can was filled with the prior renters' garbage, which wouldn't be a big deal except that the owners ask the renters to bring our the garbage from the house to the bin, and the bin to the street on garbage night. Also, in the bathroom, the shower walls have pink mold all over them. The cleaning fee for this place is high so it sucked to have to do a bunch of the cleaning ourselves. When I spoke with the owner about the issues, they did not offer to refund some/any of the cleaning fee. Finally, the queen bed is VERY uncomfortable. If you have any back issues, this is not the place to stay. The only reason why we selected this place was it's perfect 10/10 rating which I now believe were not honest or real. This place is 6/10 at best.

clean,cute 2 bedroom unit. This unit was very close to Bay Village and all the shopping and restaurants located in that area. Beach was less than 3 blocks. Owner provided badges that saved us money. I would absolutley stay again !!

A wonderful time, even with the rain!

We had a great trip & enjoyed the place very much. The beds were comfortable & we loved that tucked away feeling of the building on your property. The only suggestion we have is to maybe get a comfortable couch; since it rained for 3 days, we were inside for quite some time and our bottoms were very sore from the hard surface.(since I have a bad back)
 It was really a great 4 days for my friend and I to catch up over drinks and good food

Cute place near fantasy island

It was our very first time staying in LBI and we picked the best location. Everything was within walking distance and great if you have small children. The beach was right there and the playground was nearby. My only concern was the house was a bit muggy.

So close to the beach

Cannot beat the location of this property. We arrived and check in was extremely easy and everything was clean. My one complaint is the apartment was reallyyyyy damp to the point where the floors were sweating/would not dry. We found a dehumidifier in the closet and hooked that up as well as put the AC unit in the master on “dry” mode. That seemed to do the trick but aside from this, simple place to stay in an awesome location for a beach getaway.

Had a wonderful LBI mini vacation at this lovely apartment approx 3 blocks from the beach. Also right across the street from 7-11 for beach snacks. And our dog Amelia had a great time too. Looking forward to staying again soon!

Very pleasant experience

Our family of three and dog had a very nice time staying at this affordable property a few blocks away from the beach. The walk to the beach was not too far and could be traversed in a timely manner. A few friendly recommendations would be to have a hose hookup at or near the front door of the unit to rinse shoes and feet, as sand can accumulate from the stone driveway to the tile floor. The tile floor could also use a good scrubbing and cleaning, likely one meant for soaked in pet accidents. Seating could be upgraded and night stands would make a huge difference. All in all, a very pleasant stay.
