3 bedroom home situated near town centre. 200m to shops. 300m to beachfront. Bowls and Golf course over the road. Short walk to BBQ and outdoor activity area.
Home suitable for family or 3 couples. 3 doublebeds. Double bunk for 2. Extra bed on couch.
Gas and Electric stoves, air conditioner,2x TV, DVD in living room. Bathroom with shower/ bath for small children. Separate toilet. Laundry with auto washer and dryer. Plenty of room for parking cars, boats, trailers. Wifi to use.
Short drive to Salmon Hole- renowned fishing spot and good beach.
Wendys walk gives a good coastal walk on dunes and cliffs with great views of coastline.
Surf Beach is just outside town but close enough for a great walk. Good surf and plenty of beach fishing spots.
Great drive to Lake George, also 4WD tracks available.
Pool of Siloam is great swimming spot for children as it is a Salt Lake.
Great places to explore rock pools, swimming, kite surfing and snorkelling.
Beachport has a famous seafaring museum to explore, great pub food and cafes.

Everything was good for the price we paid. Beds were to soft, needed to be firmer, beds need to be upgraded to a Queen size.Windows needed to be opened when we got there to air out the home.Issue with the toilet system but it was quickly resolved.Good location overall.

I think the house needs some upgrade, the beds are very old and sink in the middle, we couldn't find a decent knife or chopping board. For the price though we thought it wasn't all bad and made the most of our week. We also sore a mouse and asked for some assistant in traps and got back a very half hearted reply.

We had a lovely stay at this family home. It could do with a coat of paint, new linen and towels.It was fairly clean, however a few cobwebs and ants were present. Good value if you're on a budget and the location was convenient.As we stayed for Christmas, a few decorations would have been a nice gesture. Thank you

At The Beach is an old house but it had everything you need. Good hot shower, multiple beds, heating for living area, TV, internet and some kids toys and books and lots of other books and entertainment. It was fine for my family, 2 adults and 2 children including baby. Only issue we had was we couldnt get coffee pod machine to work which i was able to communicate with host about. Only improvement i qould suggest is to put some block out curtains up in sunroom as this is where kids would sleep and at this time of year its daylight until late. Otherwise would come back again.

Great weekend stay

It's definitely a great space to stay to be central to town. The location is first-class: walking distance to town, beaches, and a local pub.A few small things to be aware of when booking. The fridge is very small, we had 4 adults, 2 children, and we had to use two eskys to keep everything we needed.The internet is incredibly patchy, also neither TV has great service, and they aren't smart TVs. Not overly an issue, as in summer you'd be at the beach, but as one day was cold and raining for us, it made movie watching difficult.The 2nd two bedrooms are also a shared space, not separate.Overall, the beds were comfy, and the location is amazing, as mentioned. Great place for a weekend away at a reasonable price.Thanks

Infested with ants and mice, we went without hot water for 4 days and when it got fixed it still wasn't performing to the minimum, when we called the owner she shrugged this off and said "its too be expected, its an old house. We would expectA refund from such poor living conditions

Beach house is lovely and clean. House is a short walk to the town and beach. The owner is easy to communicate with. Overall the whole trip was very pleasant and great.

Grandma's House

This place is in desperate need of a spruce up. It feels as if someone has inherited this house from Grandma and put it immediately on the market as a holiday rental without even giving it a once over. It is chock full of Readers Digest, chipped crockery, suspect wiring and Grandma's sewing machine is still in the corner - complete with her collection of threads and bobbins. The wallpaper is peeling from the walls and there is something loose on the roof which bangs every time the wind blows - and the wind always blows in Beachport. Having said all that it served it's purpose as a base for our holiday and the beds were comfortable - if small.

Relaxing holiday

We had a great time staying At The Beach. The house is old but just as we expected, beds were nice and comfortable, the host was very easy to communicate with, the house is situated in a great location only a couple of minute walk to town and the beach. Only downfall was that there wasnt a BBQ to use so we had to cook inside each night and who wants that while on holidays and the lawns werent mowed so the kids couldnt play outside to much. But overall i rate the place 9 outta 10

A fantastic short getaway

It was lovely to have a short stay "at the beach" house. It was a perfect affordable spot for our family of six. The beds were warm and comfortable and there was plenty of hot water for us all. It was also in a perfect location for walking around town.
