Farmhouse Retreat - Fresh Eggs, Sheep & Fireside Nights w/ King Bed Comfort!

Escape to the countryside and enjoy a slower pace of life at our charming 4-bedroom farmhouse nestled in the Warrenton/Bealeton area of Virginia. Surrounded by the sights and sounds of farm life, this inviting retreat offers the perfect setting for families, friends, and groups looking to relax, reconnect, and experience a little country living.

The farmhouse features a spacious primary bedroom with a king bed and ensuite bathroom, two additional bedrooms with queen beds and a shared bathroom, and a cozy bunk room perfect for children or larger groups. With three full bathrooms and comfortable gathering spaces throughout, there's plenty of room for everyone to feel at home.

One of the special parts of staying here is experiencing life on the farm! Our property is home to over 45 laying hens, a flock of sheep, and three friendly donkeys who especially love visitors bearing apples and celery. Guests are welcome to enjoy the animals and, if you're feeling adventurous, gather fresh eggs straight from our chicken coop for breakfast.

As the day winds down, gather around the large outdoor firepit, where we provide plenty of firewood for evenings spent roasting marshmallows, sharing stories, or simply enjoying the peaceful countryside under the stars.

Whether you're sipping your morning coffee while watching the animals, exploring the surrounding countryside, or enjoying a quiet evening by the fire, our farmhouse offers a chance to slow down and enjoy life's simple pleasures.
