Beautiful Cherokee Lake Cozy Cottage 2 bed - 2 1/2 Bath, all new!

2 Bed 2 1/2 Bath, 2 Story Cozy Cottage!
Nestled in the foothills of the smoky mountains with Sevierville, Pigeon Forge, Knoxville, and more all within an hours drive. Be sure to walk over to the G.H. Coffman Country Store located next door! Enjoy the outdoor shared patio area with chairs, firepit, and grill! Right on top of beautiful Cherokee Lake with multiple lake access' including German Creek Marina within a mile.


Our space is completely furnished with everything you will need during your stay. Fully furnished kitchen with pots, pans, coffee maker, etc. for any cooking needs. Living room and bedrooms are stocked with Smart Roku TV's with almost any streaming app you could need to log into your own streaming accounts! Free, fast WIFI available! Plenty of towels, bed linens, and pillows always available. You will have your own parking spaces. The outdoor "hangout" patio area is shared with this unit and 2 others. Feel free to enjoy the firepit, seating, and charcoal grill anytime!

Please let us know if you plan to bring a boat. Our parking area is shared with 2 other units and sometimes space can be limited. We do have additional parking arrangements available for boats but will need to plan for that before your arrival.

NOTE: Security cameras are located on the property. One is located at the front door of the cottage and the other located at the front door of the adjacent building. These are strictly for security purposes and no private areas are under surveillance whatsoever.

This house was perfect for my spouse and I! It had everything we needed and was very cozy. It is right beside the road so if you have a boat, it’s hard to get in and out but they were very accommodating with letting us use other spots around the area to park it. We loved our stay and will be a returning customer!

Cute little house

Very clean property. Despite being on a corner lot near the road it was very quiet. The property is perfect for a small family/group. The property mgmt is very easy to get ahold of and quick to respond. We would definitely stay there again.

Great Host - Wonderful Property

We had a striper tournament on Lake Cherokee this year and we decided to book this property. Last year we booked a VRBO property that was not conducive to fisherfolks due to topography and keeping bait alive. This one checks ALL the boxes and we highly recommend whether you are visiting to fish or looking to relax. The host(s) went over and beyond to accommodate our needs.... can't compliment them enough. You can get your ice cream/cheeseburger/hot dog fix right next door along with retro candies. They have the sweetest dogs behind the property (fenced) that you will absolutely fall in love with. I don't know if our trail is set to go there next year but I can assure you whether we are fishin' or relaxin' we will be there for sure. Thanks again to our hosts for their southern hospitality!

Spring Fishing trip

Taylor your property was as described. The property was extremely nice. The place was beautiful inside. We have never stayed in a nice place like this while on a fishing trip. If you are fishing Cherokee lake and don't mind staying off-site of the lake this is your place. The Lakeside Marina is just down a mile or so. Very friendly staff and just recently new owners. They let us store our trailer and we got a boat slips for the days we were there. For a 2 bdrm 2.5 bath the price was awesome. Thank you Taylor for beautiful home and easy check in and check out. Everyone check out this gem near Cherokee Lake.
