Very nice location. Host was great , always responded to questions. Could have been stocked better. No salt or pepper. Few pots or pans. We had to buy toilet paper. Minor details. Apparently no sound proofing overhead. Every step can be heard. Wasn’t really a problem for us, but certainly could be. Overall a good stay for the money.

Enjoyed our stay and were pleased with the accommodations. If you are searching for a centrally located property this is the place! Perris Island is just a few short minutes and Historic Beaufort a quick drive. Maurice was professional and available to answer any questions we had.

The property itself was great. The noise from the property upstairs was a huge inconvenience. We were there for my grandson's graduation form Marine recruit training. We needed to be up by 0400 so trying to go to bed at an early hour was nearly impossible due to the noise

Let me first say that this was a very nice property. It was nicely decorated, a very comfortable bed, with an updated kitchen, laundry, and bathroom. The only thing missing was a skillet for cooking on the stove. The host was very kind to leave a bottle of wine and card for our anniversary. The back yard with very peaceful and shaded water views was exceptional.I received a long list of rules as my first contact with the host which was fine since they were all common sense and I had also been a property manager for many years. The evening quiet rule was especially important to us since we were looking for a peaceful place to enjoy our anniversary week. Unfortunately, the person occupying the room above us did not adhere to that rule on any level. They pounded across the floor and dropped things suddenly at all hours of the day and night. It greatly affected our trip and startled us multiple times a day. We did not contact the host because we figured an owner had to be living there and no action would be possible. We tried to stay in the beautiful back yard near the water and we used the provided Hunting Island pass to go out to the ocean for our peace. I believe some sort of ceiling sound proofing would greatly change this situation for the better. Otherwise, we would have really enjoyed such a nice property and all the work that was clearly done to make it appealing and relaxing.

Very nice condo, clean and quiet with a great view. Literally as close as you can get to Parris Island without being on base. The owners were very accommodating when the schedule had to be changed and very responsive to emails. If i had to attend another Parris Island event i would definitely stay again

This was by far one of the nicest units that we have rented. The property was very clean, beautifully decorated and well supplied. The area was gated so we felt extremely safe and the owner, Maurice, was available whenever we needed anything! We would definitely recommend his one to anyone staying in the area!

Listing was accurate with nice water front view. Just the right size for 2 people. Loved the attention to detail with having bottled water in the fridge, coffee filters, sugars and creamer for coffee. Extra towels in the linen closet. Smart TV. Would absolutely stay again when in the area.

Beautiful waterfront views and birds

Perfect coastal spot for two people. Close to the nature activities we enjoy. Very clean, airy, uncluttered. Great patio on the water for relaxing. Well equiped and well stocked.
